Ordered for delivery, got my food and it was missing one of my orders, called back to request that I be given what was missing (small bourbon chicken) for free so I will continue to buy from them. Keep in mind the worker admitted to making a mistake. He put some lady (in guessing manager or owner) on the phone and basically with an attitude said no, so still cool and calm I said ok I will pay for the food but the delivery fee should be waived (something needs to be compensated for my food not being delivered as ordered when I clearly stated everything I wanted, my husband as my witness). The lady said "NO! I cant do that you can come pick up!". So she was politely told "no, definitely no, have a goodnight". If you value customer service. DO NOT EAT HERE. I have not tasted the food yet so I cant speak on how the food is but from the terrible service I almost dont even want to eat the food.

I have been patronizing this restaurant and another near by for over 20 years. Recently the prices increased trementously and the delivery drivers refuse to come to the door. They charge a delivery charge but I have to walk out to the curb to complete my purchase, exact change only. I use delivery because I dont drive. When I commute, I stop at 95th by the EL and the same order is up to 10:00 less. I understand the delivery charge but they increase the cost to offset the fact that no one in their rignt mind would give aTIP on top of all of this. Not to mention their take it or leave it attitude. The order that I pick up on 95th street averages nearly $10 less than the same order I have to go outside in the weather to obtain. I know I am stupid to endurre this treatment but I am not driving and avoid most fast foods.

Years ago I would have gave them a 10.... But with the not coming to the door,price raises, and rude people when they mess up your food.... I now have to say they are now a last resort. My husband works for CTA so when his crazy schedule dont mash with my sleep schedule he has to get take out. Today I got spicy beef fried rice. I always ask for extra spicy, but it never happens. Today they shocked me. I got my food within 30 minutes of me ordering. I only eat the outside of egg rolls lol. But my husband has no complaints. Fried rice they use to do was great, now I cant eat it cause I throw up cause its to greasy. So I gave up on Chinese food. The rice in the pictures is suspose to be extra spicy.. . Trust me its no at all

Definitely not the best, if you call this the best then you probably have never had anything better. I ordered General Tsos Chicken combo and an order of Crab Rangoon i must say i was sooo disappointed, the crab rangoon was overcooked and taste like it was burned, the Tsos Chicken didnt taste like it should there was barely any chicken in there and it basically tasted like chicken batter fried and then glazing poured on it, it had a crunch to it but not much chicken flavor. However i must say the rice i did like it was meaty and flavorful as well as the egg-roll. I might visit them again, who knows it couldve just been an off-day for them.

I wish I could give less than one star. Their service is appalling. I tried to place an order 1/2 before they closed for delivery they wouldnt take my order, and delivery was done. I tried to call right back to place an order for pickup and then the kitchen was "closed". It wasnt even 9:45 and they close at 10. No worries Ill never try to put another dollar in the register, business must be so great when you can close before closing time.

So I ordered potstickers from here and it tastes terrible. Stick with the see thru kitchen on Western if your going for potstickers. That day i wanted something quick so that was all i got. Youll be waiting forever even if theyre not busy. They have all right customer service. But dont get the postickers.

ordered buffalo wings and beef and broccoli, after I ate my first wing I found the largest nastiest dead roach on my chicken. im totally disgusted and will never eat Chinese again in my life they are sooooo nasty for this. health department has been contacted on that ass too!!

When this place first went into business the food was off the chain good. The staff wss really nice and it was a semi weekly treat. A couple of yqears later the food quality plummeted. It was still ok but just run of the mill.

The beef looked like something I have never seen before in my life. No taste at all. Asked to have my order extra spicy. It was not spicy at all. It was a waste of $8.25. I wish I could get a refund.
