Normally I dont post reviews but this place is an exception. Went into the restaurant at lunchtime and the hostess was very nice and greeted me right away. I informed her I had never at there and give me a second to look at the lunch specials. I placed my order and waited about 20 mins for them to cook the food/ there is a window to the kitchen in the back. I never mind the wait for fresh food! Food was all very fresh and EXTREMLY hot. But the taste was absolutely HORRIBLE to the point it was inedible. The chicken taste almost as if it was precooked before twice and refried to the point where it tasted like old cooking oil. Took one bite of the egg roll was absolutely the worst egg roll I have ever had... that is usually one of my favorites at Chinese restaurants. The only thing I could have a slightly positive comment about was the sesame seed chicken sauce that ordered a side of to put on my rice. It was the only thing I took more than one bite of, but the portion to the rice was extremely small. I would never recommend anyone to eat there. Lesson learned....It was a red flag to eat at a restaurant at LUNCHTIME and be the ONLY one in the whole place besides the workers.

We were long time customers of this restaurant, until tonight when my wife found a large bug with pincers mixed in with her lo mein. It was covered in sauce and looked to have been cooked along with the noodles. We were further horrified to come on here and see that others had a similar problem months ago, yet it clearly hasnt been addressed by the restaurant. After speaking with the restaurant at length, they finally agreed to refund my wifes meal, even though we were all too disgusted to eat our food after the bug was found. Who knows what else was in it? Were still waiting for a driver to come by and give us the refund, plus they asked for the lo mein back (with the bug in it) to prove it was a bug and "not something burned" like they tried to tell us on the phone. Will never, ever order from here again.

Would give no stars but I cant! I was a regular customer who ordered from Happy Panda I found some sort a bug(which come to find out is a tick or roach) in my Chinese food. I called to complain and ask for a refund since I obviously had to throw the food out and was told that "Our kitchen is clean and bugs arent a problem, This is the first case" This is the nastiest thing Ive ever witnessed. Then on top of not being able to eat the food that I paid them to make and bring to me, They tell me they cant refund my money? I fought with them about it for a good 10 minutes on the phone until they ended up bringing me cash, But only for the meal that the bug was in. I have officially learned my lesson.. I will NEVER eat Chinese food again.

Ordered a couple sushi rolls, soup, and an entree with rice. Paid 30 dollars, waited an hour. They delivered wrong order. I called, they came back 30 minutes later, not even slightest hint of an apology, food was cold. I re heated and it was not even good tasting. The sushi rolls are tiny! the soup is yucky and watery. The entree very skimpy on meat (11 dollars is a lot of money for like 8 tiny pieces of meat), and sauce was gloopy and gross. What a waste of money. Also, they asked to take the wrong order back and he was looking for the receipt that went with it so Im kind of suspicious they delivered food that had already been served to me (major health violation). I called to place an order and was immediately placed on hold, however the phone lady didnt realize she didnt put me on hold so I could over hear her talking smack using expletives towards customers. I then asked for a manager, and she said there was only 2 working tonight, one was a delivery driver, and that she was the other. She did not apologize, nor represent the business well/professionally. I was placed on hold again and took my business elsewhere. I will be telling all of my friends and colleagues to take their business elsewhere as well.

Well my order proceeded to be 25 mins late last the time they quoted, but to top it off they didnt give me the desert I ordered. I called to just address this to either get a refund of 3.50 or my desert delivered, instead I was accused of lying and that desert was at the bottom of my bag. So apparently I am lying about $3.50 worth of food or this bag is magic and hiding my desert. Its fine though Chinese restaurants are a dime a dozen, clearly will not use this one again.

The only thing this place got right was delivering on time. Only because I scheduled it for delivery later in the evening. The food was absolutely bland. I ordered the crab ragoon which was overcooked. Also ordered the Sesame Delight with a side of fried rice. Sesame delight was mostly sauce. The meat was tough and hard to chew. The fried rice tasted like steamed rice with brown food coloring. One of the worst Chinese places I have eaten from!!!!

Really disappointed. Order 40 bucks in food. Cold. Fried rice has nothing to it. Crab ragoons doughy cold underdone no filling. Orange chicken never said it was spicy but soo hot we couldnt eat. I ordered it for my son. So bad i will never order again. Chicken lomein had potential if it was warm. Very sad.....oh and sweet n sour chicken was old very chewy old.

Ordered from here last night for the first time . Food was wonderful, it was fresh, hot and very tasty. They gave me a time of 45 minutes to 1 hour and food was delivered within the time they gave. Driver was very friendly and greeted me with a smile at the door. Will definitely order from here again.

The crab Rangoon had hardly any filling, my dumplings were soggy and the "sauce " they gave me for them was like hot soy sauce... I ate 3 and threw the rest away... my husband said his dragon roll was ok... not terrible but not that good either... dont waist your money!

Fish is not cooked separately from the rest of the food! Sent my husband to ER for an allergic reaction. Also food is not good and staff wasnt that friendly. Place just feels dirty and smells bad as you walk in. Wouldnt go again.

Children took my or for delivery poor customer service. Rice not flavorful. Chicken on stick, won ton, sprong/egg roll not bad. BUT, Delivery driver demanded tip. THIS KILLED IT FOR ME! Order included delivery charge.

Love it food is always good only thing they forget most of the time is if you ask for any sauce they end up giving you duck sauce when you asked for sweet and sour but still love it
