We went to try this place for iftaar buffet after looking at the menu on facebook & reading yelp reviews. Reached after 90 minutes in traffic but 30 minutes before iftaar they updated the menu & replaced some items we really wanted to try with something else. It was a mixed experience Some items were good, some were excellent & some were just ok. Giving 4 stars because of the customer support they extended later on when I mentioned the missing items & they offered a full refund in return plus were very kind. As a desi resteurant this kind of customer support is unheard off, i ended up not taking the refund or extras offered but i was happy with the support in addressing my complaint. 4 stars for customer support, good service & ok food. Made me think a resteurant is not always about food, i will definately go back to give it another try.

Simply put, I would not go back to this place. The food took forever and still wasnt up to par. The grill platter which showed up after 35 mins. still had meat that was under cooked. When we told the waiter about it (and pointed this out to the owner too) they didnt seem to bat an eyelid. The gravies, one could tell, were reheated from the previous night. The meat was tough and was way overcooked in some instances. Read "canned sauces" in between the lines. Overall, nothing great. Just an ordinary joint that doesnt give its customers any reason to return. These guys might have been good in their hay day but have most certainly passed their prime. The above review does not even take into consideration the condition of the facility with an inch of grease on the floor and some on the tables too.

This is hands down on of the best restaurants on Devon Ave. The thing I like the most is that it breaks from the tradition of garish paint color choices and a brightly fluorescent lit environment of other restaurants in the area, and offers and INCREDIBLE ambiance, with polite & knowledgeable staff/servers (Im talking actual servers who know the menu items, check in periodically, ask how the food is and refill your water!!). If this will be your first visit to Devon Ave/Little India and you only have time for one restaurant, THIS one should definitely be at the top of your list. It is NOT expensive either which is quite a pleasant surprise.

Anmol catered my sisters wedding, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience we had with them. They not only met our expectations they exceeded it. They were so efficient with setting up all the food, and the food was absolutely delicious! After the even was over, they cleaned up and even took the leftover food and put it in the back of my dads car. It is very rare to find such good service from start to finish from a restaurant. We will be eating at Anmol for a very long time, and also recommending it to all our friends and family.

My name is Salma Khan. I went to Anmol with my friends to eat. I ordered plate number 1, plate number 2, and Khuna Ghost. The waited served the food and he didnt tell me which is the plate number 1, which is the plate number 2, and which is the Khuna Ghost. And then I see that chops is the plate number 1. And Khuna Ghost looks like does not look like goat meat, it looks like beef! They have have beef! I dont like Anmol. Then I called the manager, he was very upset, and I dont like Anmol Restaurant and I will never go there again.

Anmol catered my daughters wedding, and I was very pleased with their effort they put into making sure the event was taken care of. They exceeded our expectations!. They were very efficient with setting up the food, which was terrific. We received many compliments from our guests! We were very grateful to have been served so well by them. I go to school at Loyola University and i got food catered from here for a south asian event. First of all, the food is awesome! The guy that i worked with, amar, he is the catering manager and he is a great and nice guy and is very helpful! I cant really tell you which specific food is good because everything is really good there! I loved the chicken kabobs, malai kofta, pastry puffs and alot more! Grill items are amazing! I highly recommend eating at the restaurant and getting it catered!

Ok, where do I begin?? Food is easily the best on Devon, especially the bbq, its superb. They always serve good portion sizes and maintain Anmols honor through great customer service. My family and Ive been coming to anmol for years and never,ever,had any issues with any part of our dining experience. The owners are nice people, disregard any negative reviews; youll be glad you discovered ANMOL BARBEQUE. They do catering as well as delivery through grub hub.

My group and I organized an event for an organization at Loyola University. We had food catered through Anmol and it was a phenomenal experience. The catering staff was super friendly and they did a lot more than they should have. They helped clean and even offered to take our garbage with them. Whenever we have another event, Ill be sure to contact Anmol BBQ. Thank you for the help!

The food here is delicious and the service is decent! I would say it is very comparable to food back home. The bihari kabab was nice and tender, the chicken biryani was perfectly flavored, the nihari was excellent. The naan was pretty good. Kashmiri chai was strong and delicious. I would definitely go back and recommend. Best Pakistani food Ive had in the States in a long time.

Catered my sisters wedding. RAVING reviews from the guests. I also thought it was pretty good but i didnt really get to eat much and it wasnt warm when I got it (i had to wait to eat cuz i was running all over the place.) BUT my best friend went to check out the food cuz he wanted to cater it for his wedding, and they did not enjoy the food when they went into the restaraunt.

Stuff was working really really hard but management was really poor. Owner doesnt have clue. Sitting arrangment was really bad. Over crowded for the iftar and they booked way more people then the capacity. People had hard time moving. We pay tips without knowing that they have already added $40 tips without us knowing. I think thats kind of cheating.

laugh out loud!! You call this food!! Anmol resturant should change their to Shan masala Resturant. Because that is what they use. Shan masala! If you dont believe me try yourself at your own house, Shan masala. I give them zero stars! For anyone to say Shan masala, I mean anmol Resturant food is the best, You must have no taste....

Excellent food and even better customer service. Very pleasant and courteous staff. Took care of us like their own. We had a great time. My daughter needed milk and we forgot her milk and home so they brought us a cup of milk. Also needed water when we came up pick up food and they brought us as much water as we needed.

The food is great and everything! But if youre ordering drinks like tea or maybe some shakes, not a good decision (suggest Tahoora for drinks). Great biryani, okay nahari, AMAZING curhai, ...the green palak gosht tastes terrible .. the frontier chicken is okay. I go there everyday....so im a daily customer ^-^
