I love going to this place for lunch. Some soups taste great with food ingredients, but others taste like they are full of freeze dried veggies and not fresh made. The sandwiches all taste great. You just need to eat them while they are hot and with plenty of napkins. That sandwich is going to fall apart. I always order online ahead but once you get there be prepared to get ignored by the person plating food at the end of the counter and everyone else bunched up at the other end by the soup. They dont have a great plan for giving people there food unless they randomly look down at you or your food just got plated.

DISAPPOINTED:The soup was nothing special, I sampled 6 of their 12 varieties. What really left me feeling slightly angered was the sandwich, It was so bland and did not taste fresh. For over 10$ I felt robbed of my lunch. Panera, Potbelly, Subway and Which Which all offer much more for much less $$. The staff was wonderful, and professional service, just poor poor food quality.

I like Zoup - I do think its expensive for what you get and you arent even getting served!!! I can never get out of there for a regular lunch under $10. Though I like the atmosphere I wish they would put more attention on the food and making sure my sandwich is a full sandwich. I also love their wraps and their cookies. My favorite soup is the tomato basil.

Overpriced for the quantity you get...Voted best soup??? Have had way better at locations that dont specialize in soup!! We ordered at work as a group, and the location is not even ten minutes away, but the soup was cold when we got it, and they messed up our order as well..would never order from them again :(

I like the variety of soups they offer and especially how good they are about giving the nutritional information about their foods. Everything Ive tried (and Ive tried most of their menu items) is tasty and well thought out. Its always fun to try the soup samples before you order.

Great experience! It was my first time eating here, I got the trytwo combo of Mexican chicken soup and loco burrito salad, and they were deliciousssss. I will definitely be using that punch card to get more, it tasted so good and service was super nice.

Staff was great but the food was horrible. The soup was ok but the sandwhich was terrible. It was bland and absolutely no flavor. Not worth the money. I dont recommend this restaurant. You are better off going to Panera or Potbelly

Sometimes I am hungry for soup. If that happens to you to, then go here they have tons of it. They let you sample the soups at the first part of the counter. They have sandwiches and salads too. It is all really good.

Good variety of tasty soups and they let you try before you buy. Salads and sandwiches available too. I think theyre a little overpriced for what you get, but my picky wife and kids are always satisfied.

Horrible!! Everything is gross. The soup isnt hot. Dont waste your money, its expensive!! Bathrooms are unsanitary. Just gross. Id recommend going to Panera instead.
