While visiting the area we picked from 7 or 8 different restaurants and Jimmy the Greeks was absolutely amazing from the wine selection to the salad to our dinner entrees. If you get to Alton make the trip to visit and be ready to be amazed.

A true local treasure. Really excellent Greek food, specials that change weekly, and a wide selection of specialty Greek wines make this a wonderful place to dine. Excellent atmosphere and a cozy dining room provide terrific ambience.

A real hidden gem in Alton and possibly greater St. Louis area. Well worth the drive from across the river. Sampler platter was good but wife had Beef Kabob which was superb, especially with the homemade tzatziki sauce!!

Jimmy the Greeks is phenomenal. Its a quaint little spot with a friendly staff and delicious food. Just make sure to have a reservation to guarantee your spot! Its definitely worth a stop if you are in Alton!
