So I order through the drive thru today at 12/26/16 at 9:30. as I get to the window I gave the cashier my credit card she takes it and starts to give me my drinks and food. Than she thanks me and I start to drive off, as I get to the round about I notice she didnt gave me my receipt. So I go to the drive thru again but there was 2 cars in front so I back away an head in side to see if they forgot to hand it back, and there it was right at the register. One of the cashier ask for my name to verified my card and the other was like consider this your lucky night meaning no charge. Which my thought was I got it for free because of they forgetting to give me the receipt. But when I checked my account, they had charged me, so I call back and talk to Josie and ask I thought this was for free and she was like no I just said consider this you lucky night just in case we charge you or not. So I ask about falsifying information about the free food on receipt and she was only if you are still in the drive thru. How can you be at the drive thru if you have cars behind and cant back up. also they didnt forget to give me my receipt also my credit card. So I thought the best option was to go inside instead of waiting in the drive thru for everyone to be done and my food getting cold. I believe they should refunded my money right there but in stead they gave me bad hope of not being charge. where are your believes about your free food on the receipt.

I went in and got my food to-go. The employee Trinity had no idea about a Tea Bar or anything when I asked about teas. I had to ask to get the teriyaki sauce for my teriyaki grilled chicken. When I got home I found that I was charged incorrectly for the shrimp I had asked for. When I called I was asked to come in "today" (they were closing in an hour) so I went in and got a refund for my shrimp, a free drink (I passed the first time for a reason), and got to go home with very cold food. I was informed AFTER arriving that me coming in really just made the refund process EASIER for them if I came in same day. Thanks!

Got our order wrong... Ordered one meal with white rice and the other with chow mein. Both ended up with chow mein, didnt realize it until after we already took a bite of the order that was supposed to be white rice. Took the wrong order back and the lady literally threw the chow mein BACK INTO THE MAIN BOWL. The chow mein that had a bite taken out of it was tossed back into the bowl for someone else to eat. Not to mention that the chow mein that came with the right order was old and dry. Worst Panda Express experience I have ever had... We wont be returning anytime soon.

The WORST customer service I have ever received in my life. I went through over an hour before closing a couple of weeks ago. They offered only 2 entree options (both vegetables with no meat) and only white rice. No fried rice or chow mein. The only option was vegetables with white rice. They declined making any other food despite 5 more people in line and a line of people in the drive thru. I am not sure of their regular service, but their evening crew all need fired as far as I am concerned. Every other Panda Express restaurant I have been to has been great.

Man me and this other guy got to the drive thru before 11 tonight and they didnt take either of our orders, they shut off all lights basically telling us to screw off and all of them were laughing inside. Yea GREAT customer service guys youre really good at that. Pathetic Update: after going to freddys next door and receiving great service i drove past said panda and the lights were turned back on. Dont waste your time and money, go elsewhere where youre appreciated as a customer

Walked into restaurant 20 minutes before close and was told thats all the items they had to offer. There was no rice, chow mein, or half the entrees. The customer service was terrible and employee in the front was rude. I have never been to a restaurant where they said that you can only have whats left to eat 20 minutes before close. Also saw 4 other gentlemen wall out as they were refused service. I will never return to that location.

Went through the drive-through, from the beginning the girl had an attitude. When I got to the window she kept repeating my order wrong. When she realized that she was wrong she did not even apologize. She was SO snotty and rude!! I asked for a manager and she was laughing in the background. When I talked to the manager he wasnt any better. Awful customer service I will definitely be going to the 12th ave location from now on!!

Worst service Ive ever had at a restaurant. I came through the drive thu at 10:00pm, and hour before they closed, and the food was not fresh. The employees also looked like they did not want anything to do with working at Panda Express. Im not a person to ever right reviews, I will mostly keep to myself and accept bad service, but this was absolutely horrible. Employee review should probably happen.

If you close at 10:30 and I get there before 10 how come I always get told that what I want isnt available. If you dont want to have anything available after 10 why not just close at 10. I could only get my wife what she wanted because it would be a 20 minute wait for what I wanted. Ridiculous. Like the 5th time it has happened.

Noodle bowl only had 4 small pieces of chicken, tables were all dirty with food on them, soda all over dispenser and counter top, garbage was overflowing onto the floor, the bathroom floors were covered in brown sticky liquid, and the liquid was smeared around with a wet floor sign posted, but were obviously far from clean.

When I worked in the Nampa St Als facility Id come here for lunch. Even with long lunch lines, they seemed to move people through here pretty quick. Staff wasnt personable, but I do not expect Panda to be. Im there to order food and get out, not chit chat with employees.

Ever since this panda expess opened we frequent it at least once a month. The service Id always impeccable and on my most recent there was an extremely small issue with my order and it was handled with an expert approach. Huge kudos to the entire staff. Thank you

Slow drive thru, 25 minutes is wayy to long to wait for FAST food. had 8 czars waiting behind me and customers coming inside were being served first. Will never go back to this specific store. HIRE EMPLOYEES WITH REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

20 minutes till close and they said they werent cooking anymore chowmein or rice. There was 4 of us in line and 2 cars in the drive through. Im sure they could have cooked a small batch for the customers and helped the restaurants daily sales.

This site has gone downhill for pass couple of years. I ordered broccoli beef and teriyaki chicken. I received orange chicken and teriyaki chicken with NO teriyaki sauce. This is the 4th time....Im not coming back to this restaurant.
