UNBELIEVABLE> !! BAD!!!!! I ordered for delivery. After an hour (and the delivery person smelling like marijuana) I got a cold order that was wrong, tasteless and soggy. There was really only one out of 4 entrees that was edible. I called and tried to remain reasonable. When I told them the pot stickers were cold and soggy and tasted like mold - and the hunan beef was the broccoli beef = that was not good (I dont like broccoli) I stopped there and did not complain about the cold mushy orange chicken because at least it had flavor. The Chow mien (white meat only) was good... So to be reasonable, I asked for a simple store credit for the 2 inedible items and ended up throwing the Orange Chicken away as well. So tonight I thought Id call and have the credit honored by getting 2 orders of Chicken Chow Mien... after 3 minutes of trying to explain what I was trying to do we were finally on the same page.... the total would have been less than my credit so I offered the balance for delivery and part of the tip.... but wait... all of a sudden the same chicken chow mien (white meat only) that I ordered last night was now $2 more to purchase tonight!!! The exact same thing. I orders last night was more $$. So I asked for my money back instead... and was told - "Come and get it!!:- Are you kidding me??? I am disabled, in a back brace, neck brace, do not walk and cannot drive. I told them this ... they said they had to charge me double because of the white meat.... evidently last night I did NOT get all white meat (hard to tell since I through out everything But the chicken chow mien which had almost NO Chicken in it to begin with!! ---. Customer Service is AWFUL ---- The food is poor at best --- They "say" there is no manager available... fumy, every time Ive asked for a manager, (last night and tonight) there is never one working at that time!! I ----WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN... My mother tried to warn me... should have listened to Mom and my Brother about their food and poor service, but because I am so disabled, sometimes I cannot cook for myself so I cant afford to be that picky.... Since they have no manager to take care of this.... I will go to my bank for a refund!!! This time for the entire un-edible meal (excluding the Chow Mien) - If someone cannot speak your language... dont assume you will get what you are asking for or get good or even decent service... I dont say that to be rude... but they sure seemed to NOT care about a customer... just get the job done at any cost.. .doesnt have to be a good job or good food as far as I can tell. LEARN from this review. Dont pay for this over priced, under-serviced and excuse for food!!! (BTW - VERY OILY Chow Mien as well... but in my position, I cannot cook for myself or even grocery shop... so I am limited or would not have ordered from them a second night... I only did so because I had already paid, and was so hungry I didnt care... Had I had anyone to cook for me or a way to eat without ordering "in" - I would have never ordered from them a second time... I have to settle... I hope you dont have to!!

RUDE! HAIR IN FOOD! GREASY! STALE MICROWAVED CHICKEN... MADE ME ILL - That was for delivery on a lunch order.. the second time I ordered there. The first time I ordered for delivery a manager took my order. I explained that I was a first time customer and that I am physically dissabled ... therefore, I often have to order for delivery several times a week and was looking for a really good Chineese place to be loayl to. She was so nice and the food was great. Two days later I called to order again. The man who ansered the phone was extreeeeeemly rude when he took my order in fact he was so rude I almost didnt order.. but I was hungry w/no ability physically to cook for myself or drive, so I ordered. Then they had to call back to retake my order. When the food was delivered it was sooo bad! The orange chicken tasted like it was 5 days old and thrown in a microwave.. it tasted like rubber, dirt and ransit. (spelling?).The Chow mein also had a HAIR IN IT!! And to make it wors, the chow mein was full of grease and had so much garlic that garlic and oil was all you could taste...it was not fit for my dogs. (and Im Italian..love garlic...didnt know garlic was in chow mein). When I called and asked for a manager I was told there was not manager there...and was hung up on... that is it, no other conversation... It was the same man who took my order. I called back and asked why he hung up on me... he said that No manager... no reason to talk to me... and hung up again. I called back and he said a manager would not be in for several days. ( I have his name.. and am tempted to put it in here). Later that day I blocked my phone number and called back.. I asked simpy when a manager would be in and was told - Tomorrow... So.... it was discgusting and I am so nice to people on the phone.. even when calling to complain (which he never even let me tell him why I was calling) I would have been nice and simply asked for a refund. Dont chance it.... or maybe, ask for a manager first... then move forward with your order asking that it be fresh and clean shaven... BTW.... still havent eaten today!!! Lesson learned.

I used to like this place... I really did... I ordered at least once or twice every other week ordering average 50 dollars per order... I recently ordered through an app they provided and worked with. Beyondmenu. I ordered a lot of things to be left with loss of appetite of biting into a lot of egg shells.. when I say a lot I mean.. a lot. I am very understanding and reasonable so I tried to accept that accident happen and maybe they just dropped the whole egg including the shell and must have forgotten to pick the egg shells out...... I decide to call the restaurant. With a calm voice I stated to explain the reason why I was calling and as I started stating there were a lot of egg shells in all my food tge lady decides to say ok. Thank you ... And hangs up the phone..... Wow... I mean just wow. I have attached photos to provide the food. I posted only 2 pictures because of the other food was already thrown out. There were a lot of eggs shells and when brought up to their attention. They hang up the phone... bbb complaint filing will definitely be the net step.

Their food Is pretty good but when they delivered the wrong items, I called them on it and when I requested them to replace it, they became almost hostile? ? And then the deliver person said that this is the last time we give you free food??? And was rude! !! I paid for something I didnt get! ! I will not be ordering from them again!!!
