Wait, wait, and wait. The #18 tasted like tomato sauce and beef starting to turn. If you order a chicken enchilada be prepared to eat the most dry and toughest chicken ever. When I asked for the owner and explained the condition of the food she just looked at me and said she would talk to the cook. She didnt bother to apologize or ask if she could make it right. If you want great mexican food forget El Caporal and head over to Guadalajara or Aquila Con El Taco.

A typical Tex-Mex restaurant. It has your most popular options at very reasonable prices. The food came fast and was hot. A little too greasy for my preference but still tasty. The service however was the best part. Very friendly hostess, waitress and cashier. The waitress was attentive to our table even though the place was fairly busy and came by often to check on us. A nice little place.

The service was really great, we were seated quickly and served quickly. Our waitress checked on us and was super attentive. The food was amazing. We got the fajita burrito and the street tacos. Fajita burrito was our favorite. The kids meals are quite large, we had 1 child and 2 toddlers and couldve ordered only one meal to split with all of them. We will be returning!

The service was slower because they were extremely busy. I think that is typical on a Sunday afternoon. Friends said that they do typical get the food right out to you even on busy days like Sunday. The food was incredible. Everyone enjoyed what they had and there were plenty of chips, salsa, and beans for the appetizer. The server was helpful and nice.

Are you kidding me? The food was so good, I couldnt believe I cleaned my plate, let alone in 5 minutes! I couldnt stop eating the chicken burrito it was so good. My son had the Chili Colorado burrito and he was finished before I was. I was full the rest of the night. Great portions. Friendly service. Awesome food.

Strictly for the gringos. Very surprised to find somewhere like this in a town with so many Hispanic people and indeed to find a restaurant with all-Hispanic staff serving food like this. Staff are very courteous but food is . . . well, OK if you are a cowboy hat-wearing Idahoan apparently.

I have ate here four different times and I would not rate it pased a three star. Fine on the drinks and chips and salsa. Not the greatest food in burley. I would rather eat and Guadalahara or Aquila con el taco, they give you a whole lot of food for less money and better quality.

I ordered the beef burrito. I expected either shreded beef or ground beef. It was sloppy puried baby food texture. But also the flavor was just off. I dont know what was wrong with it, but it was not very good. Everything else with the establishment was just fine.

The food is good here. The meal always stats with salsa (which tastes a little Italian) and bean dip. Service is always prompt but sometimes lacks a friendly touch. Meals always end with a fried flour tortilla topped with whipped cream, cinnamon, sugar, and honey.

This place is a must stop place. Server was great, food was excellent. I always get seated quickly, receive the complimentary chips, salsa and beans and my drink order taken. The atmosphere is clean and comfortable. I like to order the fried chimichangas.

Been there a couple times. Decent mexican food, slow service. Last trip they brought my tacos out and the shells were so soggy I couldnt eat them. I didnt want them re-made because of how slow they were. Wouldnt comp meal. This will be my last visit here.
