Went out with a group of coworkers. We all ordered and waited. Everyone got their food except two of us that had ordered our burger lettuce wrapped in place of the bun. We waited and waited and after everyone had finished their food the waitress came out to tell us that there was a misunderstanding on what we wanted. The cook didnt understand what lettuce wrapped meant and had put the burger in a tortilla warp. When our food came out it was all cut up like you would for a child and place between two leaves of lettuce, the fries were cold and limp and it looked gross. We told the waitress that we would not except the food and did not wish to order anything else as everyone in our party had eaten. She took the food back to the kitchen and later came out and stated "she had taken the meals off the bill" in a way that made it sound like we should have paid for the food when we didnt get to eat. Not at all happy with this Timbers, no manager came out to see if there was a problem or offer us anything. Never again.

Visited last night, 10/20/16 around midnight. Food was actually pretty good, but the server was so f*&%ed up on whatever her drug of choice was *ahem- heroin* that she was pretty much non functioning. She repeatedly laid her head on our table (mind you that we did not know this woman, so her head was in no way welcome on our table) began crying about what a bad week she had, tried to ramble about a movie she had seen but forgot what she was saying midsentence, stared at us for an uncomfortable length of time in complete silence. She couldnt remember a word of what we ordered, I had to ask for ranch 4 times. The mixed drinks were weak, but that didnt disturb me as much as the server. Bartender seemed friendly, atmosphere was nice, but seriously, drug check your staff and dont allow them to work when they are high as a kite.

My friend and I were at the bar for a few hours. We had 4 beers each and 1 shot. She was playing the video machine too. Put $60 bucks in. When we got our bill, we were charged for 7 beers each with no comp to the $ in the machine. I asked the second bartender why we were charged 7 beers each and his response was, "I wasnt your bartender and I dont know what you drank." We finally got it down to 5 drinks each after arguing with both bartenders. I dont recommend going to this bar. If you dont look at your bill before you pay, you could be in the same boat. We will NEVER go back to this bar. Thank you two people for ruining a great hangout.

Came for the first time to this location on 7/13 ordered chicken wings substitute fries for slaw food was great wings hot and slaw chilled but SERVICE really SUCKED! ! Today we decided to give them another try 7/16 and I got my normal order chicken wings with slaw instead of fries and chicken wings werent hot(sitting for a while) and fries basically cold and tasted reheated also slaw was discussting for some reason light purple and almost tasted like it had a hint of horseradish? ? SERVICE STILL SUCKS!! So spoke with kitchen manager BRIAN THANK YOU for making my order again fresh and making up for the food and BAD SERVICE

One of the best hospitality groups in the valley. Timbers you can always expect great service, good food and clean, smart decoration. The only reason I dont give it 5 stars is its a bit expensive and there is a bit of corporate feel to it. Reminds me more of a chain restaurant than a neighborhood bar. That being said getting 4 stars from me is still a very high rating so this is a great place, just missing that little something extra that makes me say, "wow I cant wait to come back here." It doesnt make me say that. Ill probably forget all about this place in a day or two, but my visit while I am here is really good.

Food and service is okay. Chicken fingers were coated well and tasted good. Fries were good. The burger was seasoned well, but didnt taste that hot or cooked on the inside. Its almost like the grill wasnt hot enough and had a kind of raw taste once I got to the middle (I ordered it medium well). I didnt send it back; just took it home and microwaved it and it was fine. The service was a little slow; I was sitting at one of the tables. The inside is very smokey, in my opinion as a non-smoker. Other bars I visit for food dont feel this way. Probably wouldnt go back.

I am here now & i am winning. The bar tender said he cant comp me for my drinks. He says i dont play fast enough. Well I pay for my drinks & I started to play faster. Ive been playing max bets the whole time. I say, look Im playing faster. He says NO, youre cut off. Smh. Really. This place does not like me.

Decent local watering hole. Used to have awesome late night (12am - 4am) food specials but those ended in early Dec. Usually have a couple craft beers on tap. Look for coupons in local newspaper/mailbox stuffer to make it more affordable.

Order food at 905pm got to the place and still did was not ready. They told me once I showed up they would start it. What restraunt does that? They told me to confirm my order by calling in. My order was 45 minutes late.
