Well their hours say until midnight we chose to come here tonight because steak and shake decided to close their doors even though they are 24 hours we pulled up and walked up to the window it was 11:22pm the girl inside started cussing and slamming things saying quote "GOD DAMMIT!!!" When we walked up then we stood there waiting for a good 5 or 6 minutes and she never came to take our order so we left. We usually love coming to this location because the one by our house all the way out on hwy41 always has hood rat bitches working there and they have no respect for the customer one girl even tried to climb through the drivethru window at me to start a fight because i tried to tell her to hold the button down before speaking and she admitted screaming at me that she wasnt talking to me she was talking to her friend thats when i said she needs to stop talking when a customer comes up to you. The customer may not always be right but the customer does always come first. The service here was appalling tonight and i plan to report it..

Waited for more than 15 minutes bc I ordered garlic parmesan chicken wings....then my dinner companion hair to wait on her Hi-c punch bc they had to refill the machine it was in. After all that wait I expected my wings to be fresh hot....they were barely warm. The only thing I enjoyed from my order was fries and apple pie we all had as dessert. Although I will prolly return to this location its only bc it conveniently located right off the exit ramp of 575....hwy 92.. The employees acted like I was stupid bc I asked about my wings when it was her that told me 5-10 minutes. It had been nearly 15 when I finally asked what the hold up was

Had my credit card copied and used to purchase online products. They have a fraud problem. Basically one of the employees took my card at window walked away cane back and handed receipt to me. 2 days later had a fraud alert on my card. Now before you think could have been anywhere. This was the first time in 9 months I had used this card it was my back up card in case I forget cash. When I called the location and told the manager she told me I was wrong and that I was causing an unnecessary problem. I tried to explain that if the employee copied mine she could be doing it to other customers manager hung up on me.

Food is not the same!! Does not taste good, portions have shrunk, and food was cold when we got our order. Order was not correct, missing food, and I asked for no bacon on my sandwich and they still put bacon on it. Thought I would give them another try after not having them for a while-that was a mistake. I have visited other checkers and the food was good and order was correct but for some reason this location sucks at making the food. Will not be returning!

very rude customer service ,just left this place ,I order in a pleasant voice asked if the double chicken came as a full combo meal in the Drive-Thru order-taker was so rude and was like very nasty I understand it can get busy around lunch but rude customer service is never acceptable, never will come to this Checkers again then ,Ive been here twice its the same thing if you dont like your job dont work for $7.25 and take it out on people

If I could give it a zero, I would. Never go to the Checkers on Hwy 92 in Woodstock. Youll sit for 39 minutes, say hello 15 times into the intercom, and then pull up to the window only to be told you have to wait for everyone else to be served. Oh did I mention that there were only 4 cars. Two of which left before I got to the window. The manager was not only rude, but cussed at me when I drove off.

The woman who took my order was awesome! I dont recall her name, but if you go here, and she takes your order, youll know it. She was full of energy, and really seemed to be enjoying her job. I may be wrong, but I dont think I am - I believe she was the manager. Anyway, the food was excellent, and again, the customer service was outstanding. Go check them out.

Typical Checkers. A bit older building, employees smoke in the parking lot, and the food might not be exactly what you ordered. Oh, and dont mind the strange attitude of the employees... I suspect theyve just been working there too long. I eat here when Im in the mood for Checkers since its nearest where I live.

Employees are extremely rude. I literally just watched every employee rolling thier eyes as they listen to customers through the drive thru. Its hard to understand them from the speaker box and they get annoyed when customers get confused. Who is managing this place?

It was really busy when I went today. At least 3 cars in front and behind me. I didnt mind the maybe 5-10 minute wait Cuz I bought 2 orders and when I got it it was all right and didnt look like they rushed making them. Good stuff guys

Would give the a zero if possible. I am still sitting in line it has been 20 minutes and Ive been the 2nd car in line the whole time. The only reason I am still in line is I cant back out. This place is horrible.

I would give it 5 stars if the food wasnt so inconsistent. During lunch and dinner, the food is great, but forget about going after 9 pm because they start stuffing food thats been sitting out into your bag.

Went here after I got off work at 10pm and I literally Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes for cold food! The service was horrible and so were the workers I do not advise going to this location!
