I have to be that one guy, I have been here 4 or 5 times and I have been extremely satisfied and never noticed any customers that were dissatisfied, granted I have also only ordered a cookie dough blizzard. I was saddened upon learning they are not a restaurant so they dont prepare food, but I still like them. I like the atmosphere being an outside dining room, they keep it very clean and it supports a "summertime ice cream" feel. I also that it is American ran (unlike DQs closer to the atl). I will definitely be back.

I have been coming here for over 25 years and never had a problem until my last 2 visits. Ice cream that I ordered was made wrong, did not fill the cup, and once I ordered a Chocolate Extreme and the girl handed me a cup and the ice cream was orange! When I complained, the girl shrug her shoulders and said she made it to recipe. I think this place has new owners. There were two indian/foreign women working there and when I complained, they seemed to not care. I guess my many days coming here have ended.

Just left here and the ice cream was great and the boy working was fabulous! But I could not accept the fact that it was rush hour and the manager and 3 other workers were just hanging out in the back while this poor kid is having to take the orders AND make all of the ice cream for 20 plus people. How about we get off our butts and actually start helping. The boy working definitely deserves a raise!

In celebration of the first day of Spring, the DQ was giving away free ice cream cones, naturally I had to go get one. This is a popular creamery, especially after a game, & hot days. Its not unusual to have a waiting line on those days. Gooood soft ice cream, sundaes, shakes, etc. Youll love it!!!

Im going to start off by saying that I did enjoy my ice cream, but better customer service will take you a long way. When receiving my ice cream, it was slammed down on the counter and so was the screen. With that being said, if you dont like your job.....QUIT!!!

Very lazy employees!! ordered a milkshake and was handed out a milkshake that was dripping all over the place instead of cleaning it before handing it to me. You might want milkshake all over your car because maybe thats the way you live trashy but I dont

Service sucks so bad. Seems to have no management. Just a bunch of teenage bitches doing whatever they want. next time if i order an icecream with sprinkles, please put the sprinkles all the way around the icecream and not on one side

I love the fond memories of my grandparents treating me to a dipped cone as a child almost as much as I love seeing my grandbabies smile and giggle to get their dipped cones. I dont know which is better, the cones or the memories.

Only has outdoor seating which isnt much of an issue for me but the ice cream was slightly melted because the chocolate was so hot from sitting in the sun inside the dairy queen.

I have always enjoyed Dairy Queen. Last e visits, not so much. If you can not serve the ice cream frozen, dont take my $$ and serve me a melting mess. Poor management

They have the BEST dairy queen cones! They make them with real cream the way they do it in Illinois. Try the chocolate cones. Theyre delicious!
