Crappy service. They are so rude and throw silver ware and ice cream around and she didnt make my milkshake right so i asked her to make it again and she refused but yet i was still charged for it even though i gave it back to her.

After several visits this summer for ice cream. I was disappointed each time. They were out if the waffle ice cream bowls and cones each time. On this last visit I complained. Noone seemed to care.

waited in line no other no other cars in drive-thru could see my milkshake being handed off by three employees waited from 5 to 10 minutes and gave up left . I need to loose weight anyways

Cashier at counter had great customer service skills. Picking up your order was the worst. The worker says what it is one time, lays in the counter and leaves.
