I like Hudson Grille however this location did not meet standards for any food establishment. My to go receipt is time stamped 12:10pm and my food was brought to me after 12:30pm. I could live with that BUT the sweet potato fries were black...not orange or even dark orange...but black. The biggest problem was WATCHING a server use her bare hands to move my burger, then pick up a pile of these fries with no glove or parchment paper, and place them in my to go box next to the makers mark burger she just touched. I told the hostess that I do not want these fries as they are black AND also told her I saw that server use her hand to grab fries and put them in my to go box. The hostess said are you talking about the girl with the dreads? I said yes. She then says"she has on gloves". I told her I am right here watching her the entire time. She is not wearing gloves. Ultimately, she said she would get the manager and cancel the charge since I was not accepting the food. Unfortunately I could only wait about 5 more minutes for the manager who never showed so I walked out. Missed my lunch break and had no time to stop for food somewhere else. I grabbed the business card for Russ Adams who is the director of operations off the display table and left him a vm on his office and cell phone. I was grossed out that she touched my food without second guessing about the transfer of germs. If you ate from them today, 5/10/16 please be aware in the event you start feeling sick. Who knows if your food was treated the same way. They have cameras everywhere so it was even more insulting for the hostess to tell me that the server who grabbed my fries had on gloves. It could be easily verified. I hope they review their footage and make proper provisions in the future. I am turned off of Hudson Grille right now...hopefully that will change as I always had good experiences at their Downtown Atlanta location.

I dont even want to give this pathetic place one star. Not only did I order by far the most simplistic thing on the menu that they somehow managed to mess up but my food was cold and burnt. I ordered BONELESS wings and received regular wings with bone it and a side order of french fries that were cold and stale. This was after waiting about 30 minutes. Once I received my correct order with an additional 25 min wait time. They were then BURNT! I kid you not BURNT. I could see and taste the charred ends. I feel that after spending $13 on basically chicken nuggets and french fries that it would be up to par or half way decent. I will never recommend this worthless place to anybody here in the Norcross/Tucker area, and I plan on NEVER coming back! I hope you read this and advise your staff to find another job because I dont predict this place lasting much longer.

Poor service. Walked in with two people at the front desk no one greeted us. We decided to just go ahead and sit at a bar top table and waited 15mins with no one even pretending to come to our table before we asked to see a manager. The manager had a piss poor excuse for "why" no one came to see about us at the table. She stated it was because there were no menus in front of us. When we told her that out of the two people at the front no one greeted us because they were so engaged in there phones, she stated "well that is something I will have to take up with them". We emphasized the fact that even if we made it past the hostesses we still shouldve been acknowledged at the table and yet again arguably she stated "well thats because you didnt have menus". When do you stop making excuses for poor service and bad attitudes.

Terrrrrrrible customer service . Entire service alone in general is slow as can ever be and also when calling to ask about canceling my order the receptionist hung up on me multiple times and then finally spoke to the manager Ashland who had a terrible attitude and continued to laugh at me. So I still wait 2 hours for a delivery order that they can not cancel. Absolutely terrible establishment I suggest a different location if you choose to eat here. I would give them negative stars just for incompetence and ignorance and unprofessionalism. this happened today just now at 11:00 pm August 3rd. dont go here Ill be making reports to corporate

Ive had lunch here twice on weekdays so I cant speak as to how things are in the evening. I appreciate quick service considering Im on break from work and only have an hour to eat. Both times i was able to get in and out and back to work within an hour. Food and especially the service was fantastic. The bar tender was friendly and attentive. The manager(I believe) stopped by just to make sure everything was good. Overall great experience. I would defenitly recommend this if youre in the area and looking for a way better option than McDonalds. Also, their lunch specials are super affordably priced at $6.95, I believe.

Went here last Thursday and the foods usually decent, but this time wasnt the same. Food was mediocre, service was slow and it was lunch time (not many people there and plenty of staff), and the food came out quickly but the quality was lacking. But the thing that made matters worse was the check. I paid for me and my friend and they taxed his food, taxed my food, then taxed the entire ticket again at the end. They even charged a drink tax on my friends meal and be didnt even order a drink. Probably wont be going back to this location.

This just happened minutes ago. Worst service Ive experienced in Atlanta. We were sat a little before 7:30 pm. Ordered 2 beers, wings and tater tots. Didnt see our waitress again until she brought the food at 8:18 pm. She then tells us it takes 25-30 mins to cook wings. So not only did she ignore us, she lied to our faces. I personally saw her speak to the managers 10 feet behind me. Yet they made no effort come to our table proactively to resolve the issue. We refused the food paid for our beers and left...

This place is a breath of fresh air in a sea of diners and gas stations. Open late (2AM on a Thursday), no dress code, but cloth napkins. Its a sports bar but not noisy with out the typical pub grub but still have some classics. Giant fountain drinks. Two adults, one child = steak, chicken tacos, chicken tenders $45ish. Waitress AJ was brilliantly attentive and kind to some random tourists with a kid out at 11am. Clean mens room. Marshmallow dip on sweet potato fries is serious business too.

This place sucks! I called ahead and the manager assured me that they had the channel and the game I wanted to watch. I drove 15 minutes to this location and when I got there, the wait staff assured me that they would turn on the game. Even took my order for food and still no game. The entire time, the manager was on the phone, ignoring my repeated requests to turn on the game in progress. Finally, after 20 minutes of frustrating waiting, I left. Will never return here!
