This would have been an good experience, but one factor just ruin everything. Let start with the good stuff first. The hamburger was ok kinda dry, but it taste good. The onion rings was awesome, I mean it was that good. Now the factor that just ruin for me was the services. It was horrible, I never experience such crappy service ever. The waitress was bad, she take my order then bring me my food and that was the last time I ever see her. I spent a good 34 minutes eating, while check my e-mail on my BB. Never once did she stop by to ask if I need anything. I ran out of ice tea after finishing 3/4 of the burger and was looking for a refill, but she was no where to be found. When it time for the check, I have to flag down 2 different waitresses, for my waitress to FINALLY appear! I dont know it was just my luck on this first time visit or what, but this kind of service is unacceptable.

For the last 3 times Ive been to this place the food QUALITY has really gone down. My first bad experience was a simple Caesar Salad. The romaine lettuce was green and wilted. I sent it back 2 times. I ordered the Pork Chop special and asked that my pork chops not to be placed on my mashed potatoes and the gravy on the side...I got my pork chops with white gravy on the top (note: the menu never stated smothered pork chops). Went again and ordered a steak cooked medium well and it came out burnt with pink in the center (now any cook would know that they cooked the streak too fast on a very hot fire). I had to send it back to the kitchen and guess what, it came out burnt again. Ive had it with the quality of food at this place. The so called MOD was very unconcerned and they will not get my business again. IM DONE!

I dont know why I was sat in the back of the restaurant with the other two black couples meanwhile the front section was alive and busy. Seats were available!! The middle section had plenty of seats as well!! I became even more offended as I waited for a server and watched one refill straws and walk away!! As my husband and I left the resturant the couple in the back of the restaurant expressed the feeling of the same tension. 1st time going to this establishment and Ill never come again!! May have been a coincidence, but I think not!! Fork In The Road at Northlake Mall is much better. Menu is larger and prices are better!! Food is fantastic!! The environment is upbeat and welcoming!!

Visited this restaurant before and never had the type of service received today. Sat at the bar and ordered with a gentleman with a long pony tail. I ordered a georgia peach drink that never came, the bartender apologized and said he forgot. After noticing the people who arrived about 5 mins after I had already ordered getting their food, I asked where mines was. Was told the cook forgot my order and it was coming right away. Well 10 mins later it still didnt arrive. I paid for my salad and left.

Its okay. They have some unique menu items and drink specials (cheap mimosas and bloody marys for Sunday brunch). My family only really goes there for brunch and even then its not usually our first choice because the food is just okay and there are so many other choices closer to our house in the Oak Grove area. Service is usually pretty good. Ultimately, its not a bad place and its been around forever so they must be doing something right, I just think there are better options out there.

So I havent even gone to the restaurant yet but I just called there to find out what time they were closing on NYE since we were thinking about stopping by and the girl was so rude, didnt know the time and gave me attitude about going to find out. I have called 4 other places all of which politely told me to hold and went to ask without any attitude or problem. And in the end she didnt even tell me the actual time they were closing! Were not going there obviously!

The food was good. I enjoyed the atmosphere. However, our waitress was a rude and nasty woman. She snapped at me twice. She didnt come check on us after our food arrived. Because of her treatment of us, she lost her ENTIRE tip. She is not a good fit for a customer service job. I will try them again however, I will not accept her as our server. Management for Blue Ribbon Grill: Pay attention to your staff. If they are rude, kick them to the curb.

Server scoffed when I asked for a refill. Half rack of ribs was not good at all. Server never brought my sister her mixed drink and then at the end of the night charged us for it. Asked for the manager and another server came out asking "is there something I can help you with" the bar area seems neat for beers but the food was bad and service was bad on our visit. We will not visit again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Im in town on business travel; this was the most interesting of the hotels dining recommendations. Asked my server (Samantha, who was excellent) for "something light"; she steered my to the salmon (not something Id normally order), and it was awesome! Came with sautéed veggies, rice, and a salad. Piping hot, flaky, not fishy at all, encrusted with something delicious. Best part of this trip, for sure!

Today was my very first time eating here and it was amazing. The service was impeccable, the food came out in a timely manner and our waitress Eileen was great, I have food allergies and she was helpful in letting me know what I could and could not order. All in all I will be returning in a regular basis and I will be bringing more people on my next visit..... Great Job!!!!!!

Ive been eating here for years on the consistency of the food in the service is amazing. Its a great place to go hangout and watch football bring a large group of friends or going on a date. Everytime I bring people here they start up skeptical and they leave being extremely impressed. Great burgers great salads great steak great prime rib meat loaf is amazing.

We were in town for the night & the name caught our attention. It was a great pick! We ordered the potato skins as an appetizer & shared the full slab of baby backs. Everything was delicious & cooked to perfection. We did have to wait on our drinks to be refilled longer than usual but other than that we loved it. Reasonable prices too!

Food is very good, some dishes better than others, but thats a personal thing. However, the service sucks. Be prepared to be ignored from the time you enter the door to the time a server comes to your table to get your drink order. Rarely do you get a pleasant surprise, and this problem falls squarely in the managements lap.

My husband and our family love to meet here on Sundays after church, they have added a patio area in front, but still more seating is needed inside. The parking lot is always packed, and the food and service never disappoints. We will continue being patrons, and love the location Riveria Family
