It takes a lot for me to write and give this so much attn. I Have been coming here for 10 years now. They have been thru many management changes in those years, quality and quantity of food changed a bit, but there was still some familiar faces so we kept coming back. Now, there are some waitresses that if Im seated with them I will leave because They have no business working in customer service. We order all the time, take-out and dine-in. This place is getting worse. I ordered pick-up the other night and AGAIN they forgot a part of my order, but this time no option on coming back because their closing, and thats how they said it. By the way, did I mention my kids like it and its sometimes the "healthiest" option and most convenient so I continue. Today is what broke the camels back. I ordered from their lunch menu. My son wanted to go for wanton soup since he wasnt feeling too well. We dined in. I ordered the chicken and brocolli from their new lunch menu and the chick and broc come out with white sauce. No where on there says white sauce or I would of not ordered it. So I kindly informed the waitress that I was not aware it came with white sauce. She raises her voice and begins to tell me that "it extra charge for brown sauce". At first I was okay with the extra charge until I replayed how she acted. I went up to the lady upfront with the short hair, forgot her name, explained what happened. She told me the same thing, extra charge for brown sauce, but couldnt answer why the waitress couldnt inform us of it and or why it doesnt say with with white sauce. After being stumped and trying to figure out her words she tells me that she will tell her manager to change it this time. The food comes back out with brown sauce and now the rice is burnt. It smelled so burnt that the entire dish Tasted burnt. She Tells me she knows its burnt(whatever that means) but will give me a new rice. As much as I wanted to return it I didnt. I asked for a box and check. I notice that they still charged me for the "upgrade" to the brown sauce and by this time Im over it all. When asked why did she charge me after saying she wouldnt, the lady upfront with the short hair again started getting loud and telling me she been there 13 years and never a complaint. Bullshit lady! I am just now complaining after years of letting it roll off. Your service sucks, your food is starting to suck and Neither I or anyone In my family is ever coming back. Thanks for the notice of how awful your restaurant is. Customer service and customer is right even right right does not exist.

My mother and I have had bad experiences at this restaurant. The manager was very rude to my mother when her friend called up to the restaurant to let her know she wasnt going to make it for lunch. He brought my mom to tears telling her "tell your friend not to call here anymore" and other rude comments. We tried the place out again a few weeks later and my daughter started crying. When I went to walk outside with her (because I new she was not calming down) the manager came and told me to get my daughter out and that I did not have my situation under control. I think he believes that children should be seen not heard and I also think he has something against women. I tried to tell him (in a very nice way) that I did not like how he came to me in front of everyone and basically told me I wasnt being a good parent. He interupted me the entire time and did not listen to a word I had to say. 2 incedents in one family is enough for me to warn people not to give this man your buisness!

The food was decent, but the service was less than stellar. I met a friend for lunch. She was told that she could try a drink that she had never had. She did not like it and told the manager that she wanted to send it back. He rudely stated "You dont order liquor for trying,you will have to keep it" If that was the case, his waitress should be delivering the same message. The waitress hovered over our table, impatiently waiting for us to order. We hadnt been there 5 minutes before she asked were we ready to place our orders. The place was not busy for her to be rushing us along. The service was bad enough for me to never return.

BEWARE!!!!!! BEWARE!!!! Very Nasty Customer Service!!!! Especially against people of a different race. Purchased food to go. I ASKED COULD I SEE THE FOOD BEFORE I PAID FOR IT? They got really mad!!! I was told to go elsewhere next time. Evidently they did not like the idea of showing me how Great & Tasty my food would be. I Wondered Why? After that I changed my mind an did go elsewhere!! Next time before i pay them, I will put their money in a BROWN PAPER BAG and walk out. Now ....im quite sure they would want to SEE the money before i left! Why cant I feel the same way! Beware of these people!

I am hoping someone read this and take some note and maybe send health inspectors to check this establishment,On Saturday 05/21/16 we eat lunch there and few hours after that I got sick to my stomach and the following day my wife was at the same situation, headache, stomach cramps, vomiting and diarrhea. We’ve been in that restaurant many times and the food and service was always good, except that day; that is inacceptable, since there were small children in the restaurant on some of the other tables, so a food poisoning or virus could be fatal for children...we will never go back there.

Ive eaten here many times in the last 15 years, and the only consistent thing about the place is its inconsistency. Sometimes the staff is friendly and the food is good. They are not very friendly toward children, even well behaved ones, at dinnertime. Recently, Ive been noticing how shabby the upholstery has gotten. I think theres a short between the speakers and the music source because the music stops and starts randomly. All-in-all, its a convenient place for lunch, the food is usually good, and the lunch prices are decent.

Awful!!! The server was rude. The sushi was horrible. Obviously made by an unskilled chef who tried to hide his ineptitude by absolutely smothering the rolls in eel and chili sauces. The fish did not taste fresh AT ALL. We were clearly unhappy (not eating the food) and the server let us sit there for 20 minutes before even checking on us. $70 sushi bill and we are headed to Chick fil a. If you want local sushi, go to Mori House. Avoid this place.

I have been coming to Orient Garden for three years now. I have had just about every item on their menu. It has always been fabulous. The sushi is always fresh, never dry nor fishy. The Pad Thai is to die for. The atmosphere is friendly, the wait staff is curteous. As I keep reminding my friends, you cannot judge a place based upon a single experience. So, if you have ever had a bad experience at Orient Garden, I suggest you try again.
