NO STARS!!!!! We used to order delivery with this location at minimum once a week, if not every other week and the food was pretty good most times. I used to drive and pick up for lunch also for at least the last 4 years. As of the past 6 months, service has died off. The delivery driver acts like he cant speak english enough to say hello, but can say sign here. He has forgotten our soda at least twice. Today was the final straw. He still didnt speak when he came to the door but said sign here. When we opened our food, the four seasons to be exact, it had an odor and smelled spoiled. The sauce was slimy. The only thing they got right this time was the soda. We couldnt eat the meal. 30 bucks down the drain. Normally, I would call them and give them an opportunity to fix but this time, we are just going to not call them ever again. If we multiply $30 by 52 weeks in a year times 4 years, we have spent over $6000 with them. Clearly, we can spend that money elsewhere. Advice: check around and believe what these reviews say. Take care of your customers or they will go somewhere else.

Food is great and delivery is considerably on time to what they say at times --- However be VERY specific when ordering or order online because food will not be right!!! Service can be better, staff is not too friendly, so again when ordering be very specific or order online. If I had another option for chinese delivery with great food I would order from there instead. But good food still deserves a fair review and rating. I have never eaten inside, nor would I want to. Definitely unsure if I feel comfortable about eating in a place I know is not too friendly, plus I would definitely hate to not be able to order from there again if I were to have a problem while visiting

I ordered from this location, I will never give them my money again. If I wasnt ordering for other people, I would have canceled my order. The young woman taking orders is poorly trained on customer service and therefore, is very rude to paying customers. No apologies nor recognition was given. I wish I would have done my research prior, I would have noticed that the restaurant only has 1 star. Shame on the business. If you dont want consideration when spending money with them, you are good. I cant.

The price was great, they nailed our pick-up order, and the staff was nice in our (albeit limited) interactions. The food ranged from average to slightly above average: our favorite was the Mongolian beef, followed by the honey chicken. The rest could have used higher fry temps and other modifications to achieve a higher rating. I give it a 4/5 for the price class

Food was terrible. Took over and hour to get here and forgot my drink. My wings were still bloody in the middle. Sesame chicken was cooked with cabbage and onions. Not what I was expecting. Will not order from them ever again. Tried to call and say food was terrible and wings were raw but the lady acted like she didnt understand me. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!!

Never ordering from this restaurant again. I ordered shrimp with lobster sauce and general tsos chicken. There was a shrimp tail scale still left on one of the shrimp, and a couple of bones in the bight sized chicken. The lobster was imitation crab meat. Horrible food

I FOUND MULTIPLE HAIRS IN MY GENERAL TSOS CHICKEN!!! MY NAME IS YASMINE MONROE ON FACEBOOK! I HAVE THE VIDEO THAT SHOWS THE FOOD WITH HAIRS IN IT!!!! WHEN I TOLD THEM ABOUT THE HAIR, THEY BLAMED ME FOR IT AND WOULD ONLY EXCHANGE IT IF I BOUGHT IT UP THERE!!!!

Im from Jersey/NYC and this is the closest Ive found to that quality! The food tastes great, the portions are huge and the price is right! Delivery on a Friday night was quite prompt too! Best Chinese food Ive had in a long time!
