Went for the first time over Labor Day weekend. Service was slow and unattentive. Chips were stale. Table and menus were disgusting. Should have left at those occurences. But the worst? A horribly obnoxious loud table (in a very kid-friendly place judging the other customers). Cursing, vulgar conversation at a volume level that was not acceptable. Should another paying customer have to verbally confront this table? No. The management should ask them to leave. Did they? No, they did not and it was a huge reflection of the ultimate care the management of this place has for its customers. Instead, another customer did eventually confront this table, creating a scene I will likely never forget. We got up, left food on the table, paid at the front and will never be back. If you are reading this, I highly encourage you to visit some place else.

The waiter Junior gives this place a bad name with his horrible attitude. I visited this place and he was my server while a soccer game was playing and I didnt see him anymore for our visit. Visited a second time to pick up my order and he was the waiter at the counter with the same horrible attitude, when I asked for the managers name he shoved me my money and walked away. I talked to the owner Max and he was apologetic. This is unacceptable behavior for a mexican food that doesnt serve authentic Mexican.

Is it the best food? No but its pretty dang close! For the atmosphere and how great each and every one of the servers are, I take my family here a lot! We bring our friends too when they come into town. We have a two year old. He makes messes. Its going to happen. Our servers have never said or given us that "Im annoyed" look at all. Its a GREAT family friendly place while also being accommodating to the people that dont have kids. :)

Having lived in CA and being Mexican, i have finally come to terms that I will never have good Mexican food unless it's home cooked. However, I have found a few places where the food is actually not that bad. This place is not one of those! The salsa tasted like tomato sauce, my shrimp chimichanga was super dry even though it was supposedly covered with melted cheese, and to top it off our waiter was horrible!! Never again....

I was on my lunch break...Called in my order ahead and picked it up within 15 minutes... Sad to the flour tortillas was overcooked and crunchy on the edges and my refried beans were SOURED!!! I had to waste time driving back, but the manager was very accommodating by offering other items although I declined...I just wanted a refund which I was given and settled for a fish filet at McDonalds for lunch...

The worst service Ive ever had. They forgot to make my order. We told a waitress & she apparently found humor in it because she started laughing. The sorry waiter didnt even apologize. So if you have sorry servers they dont get a tip & you lose customers. Itll be a cold day in hell before we come back. All the servers need to be trained in customer service. Bunche de pendejos.

The staff is wonderful here! The food has gone literally down the drain here! The chips leave a horrible bitter taste ..at the end ...the margaritas are watered down. Food doesnt have any flavor !!!! Its a shame, cause you want to give business to your local restaurant! The owner needs to try eating around other Mexican restaurants to compare !

simple the best Mexican restaurant I have ever been, their customer service is exceptional, the owner threats her employees with respect, I just love the place. The food is great. I had read other reviews and please dont go by what they said. Just give it a try and u will feel in love with them

I will be the first to admit that Im not the biggest fan of Mexican, but Im a lover of Los Bravos! This location has great service, amazing drinks (that are consistent), and quality authentic dishes. Tip: if you live in the area, they are really quick on to-go orders as well!

One of my favorite places to eat! I come here all the time for school celebrations and such. The food isnt five-star quality, but when you add everything else together, its great! I want to come here every time I want Mexican, and end up ordering extra to take home!

My husband and I split a carnitas donner with extra beans, Pico de gailo, guacamole salad, and corn tortillas. It was perfect and mote than we could eat. Our waitress wa really sweet and efficient, got our order just right. Im going home happy.

Just had an amazing lunch here. This place is easily one of the best Mexican restaurants in Smyrna. Heres a tip, avoid the dinner crowds and come here for lunch. Its far less crowded and wont be overrun with families with screaming kids!

Went with a larger group of family. Food was well prepared and served. They were out of the food that I wanted (poblanos), but they ended up comping my meal. I am very happy and would recommend to any one in the area.

I have been a fan of Los Bravos for almost 10 years. Used to frequent the one on Terrell Mill and now live near this one. The owners at this one on S. Cobb are wonderful and the food doesnt dissapoint.

Well I ordered 2 chicken soups and they did not give me enough rice for both and the chicken and shrimp fajita did not have much chicken or shrimp but a lot of bell pepper and onion. So Im un happy

This is a fantastic family-friendly restaurant. My kids love Los Bravos even more than I do. Service is amazing and the food is always tasty. Their new Hawaiian quesadilla is SO GOOD!!!

Super fast. Family friendly. Usually a crowd. This is not a spicy-hot place, this will please a more mild-pallet. Bring the kids- oh, and it has delicious coca-cola and sweet tea :)
