Went for the first time ever on 4/1/16. I ordered the Mexican nachos and my sone had the Four Amigos Frajitas. My nachos were so filled with grease. All I could do was eat about 3 chips that werent soggy and pick out the chicken and eat it. I couldt deal with the rest. It was way too much oil in it. My sons food was a little oily but no where near like mine. I should have took a pick. I asked the waitress was that dish normally that oily and she said it was so I didnt make a big stink about it. I know now not to order that dish if I ever go back again. I probably wont go back on my own, but if Im ever stuck with a group and we go, then I wont order that dish. Otherwise the service was courteous and fast. If you like greasy food then go for it.

6/12 Live around the corner and never tried but Im not missing anything. Went on a Sunday and was there 35 minutes before we received our food. Our waitress passed us off to someone else when I presented my coupon. We would have had to wait for our waitress to take an order for people who came about 10 min after we were there. Had I not heard her tell them she is coming to take their order and stopped her like we are ready to order. Not to mention my fork was dirty and had to get a cup of hot water to clean it and food was not as hot as the plate it came on. No refills for our drinks were offered like others. Awful service and I have had WAY better Mexican food. I wont be back, very disappointed!

Poor service. Before ordering we inquired about the food ingredients as my wife is on medical dietary restrictions. The food was loaded with what appeared to be MSG. Within 10 minutes of eating her specially ordered enchilada my wife had a severe allergic reaction to the high level of MSG in the food. I reported it to the staff, the manager was called and she did not even apologize for the excessive amount of food additives. My food tasted terrible and very salty and the pork was mushy like it had too much meat tenderizer. 10 minutes later while on our way home my wifes condition worsened, necessitating taking her to the emergency room for treatment

The food is typical Mexican. Tasty, but not out of the ordinary. The restaurant is new and has potential, but management clearly doesnt foster a "teamwork" environment. During my visit, I saw several instances when a manager could have helped a busy server, but instead they just stood around chatting. There was a to-go order call on the phone, and I literally saw a manager bring the bartender the phone while she was taking the order of guests at the bar. Managers must set the example, always. If your goal isnt to take care of your guests (in person and via phone) then why be in the hospitality industry?

I ordered food through Uber eats... I ordered cheese dip and I asked for chips they gave me the smallest bag of chips ever...The chips were so thin that is soon as you dipped it in the cheese it broke... I also asked for jalapeños on the side they didnt give me the jalapeños… I ordered a salad they did not send the salad dressing I had to take the salad out of the container that it came in because the bottom was full of water and the chicken taste burnt

Stopped in to get dinner just now, and I just walked out. I was sat at a dirty booth that had spilled water all over it, and then proceeded to wait for 5 minutes while nobody came to my table at all. The manager even walked past and didnt even look at me. I went to the restroom and there was a whole group of servers just standing around not doing anything. Needless to say Ill go elsewhere. If I could give zero stars, I would.

DELICIOUS! !!! And the Mariachi Band is OUTSTANDING. We recently moved to Smyrna from Houston and were looking for a decent Tex-Mex restaurant. We were very unimpressed with other local restaurants but Cielo Blue had us with the salsa and chips. If your salsa is disgusting then we dont bother, but we have bothered and bothered the staff at Cielo Blue. Que Buenas son la comida y la gente!

Soooooo I usually love this place!! I sat there at the bar for about 15 or 20 minutes and no server. No bartender. Nothing! One gentleman that was already there at the bar before I arrived, there were 4 people total, got up and headed to the back as if he were looking for some help. I left and went across the street to the other spot!! My food arrived as I finished this review.

This its the second time weve come here for dinner and had terrible service. The food is good, but its bad when you either get passed by by your server for someone who sat down after you, or have a server that takes your order then disappears and has to be found in order to get the bill (and we still ended up having to go inside to actually pay because they disappeared again).

Upbeat, cheerful restaurant serving "southern" Mexican fare, something on the menu for everyone, weve visited several times and everythings been quite good, and reasonably priced. They were badly short-staffed at first, but the kinks are worked out and their service is solid. They now have a "sister" location in north Smyrna at Belmont thats slightly more upscale.

Let me sum it up. Here are the pros - Mexican not Mexican/American. - Nothing on the menu is over $10. - Wait was ten minutes on.a busy Saturday pm. - Server was excellent. - Food came FAST, FRESH, and stayed HOT. - Churros were delicious aand authentic. Just an overall great experience. Cons. _______fill in the blanks cause i dont have any.

The restaurant is clean and awesome the live music make the atmosphere very smooth. Food is excellent. Every time I go there and order food its the same just great. The margaritas will knock you out. Its my favorite mexican restaurant. I will not stop going there. I hope that they will continue the great job they are doing...

I had a take out order, when I get home the order was missing some of the items...I called back spoke to the manager Jose....he was very understanding...offered me a replacement order...whenever. Awesome customer service -Jose and Cielo Blue Mexican Grill & Cantina!!!!! I well go back and tell everyone else to try them.

The food here is amazing and the service is top notch. My husband and I stopped by here for a quick lunch on our anniversary and we were not disappointed. We told the server it was our 11th wedding anniversary and she surprised us with dessert. I ordered nachos and hubby had a veggie burrito both dishes were amazing.

This is a great,true, fresh, and simple Mexican Restaurant. Very good service, we went to sit down and she immediately brought out hot, thin, crisp chips with great salsa with a good kick to it. The meal is even better! Everything is hot, and very flavorful. This must try restaurant which is great for the family!

First time at a Cielo Blue and could not wait to try. Service was excellent. Manager even came by to introduce and make sure all good. Food unfortunately not so good. My husband and I ordered chicken fajitas. Vegetables were overlooked and soggy. Chicken was dried out. What a shame. Service so nice. Food so bad
