We requested that we purchase some Deli Meat from the Deli. The staff promptly told us the Deli was closed. We asked the cashier what time the Deli closed. Jasmine informed us it was 9pm. . The time was 8:30pm We asked the same question to the manager in charge. She informed us that that the staff should have filled our order. At this point she went to the deli and instructed the staff as to their hours of operation and they have to fill deli orders up until 9pm . We did not continue to pursue our order, paid for our items and left the store. My wife and I are very disappointed in the attitude of the staff. Blatant apathy, and laziness would be the words to describe it. It is doubtful we will ever shop in the Monticello location ever again.

Yesterday I went into the store located at 2340 GA-16 in Monticello, GA 31064. After selecting my items to purchase I went to self check out one of the items required ID verification. After waiting for an employee to assist me the only two cashiers I saw were off to one side having a conversation over a magazine of some type. I waited and waited for assistance. It wasnt until I started to walk away that assistance was offered. I left the store without my purchase. This is not the first time I have had this problem in this store. This is an ongoing problem of poor customer service. The management needs to remember there are other options for shopping in the area

They have great sales and clearances. They have a surprisingly great selection of vegetarian and vegan foods, as well as generic healthy foods ie: gluten-free, fresh produce, etc. Ingles is quite the distance for us to travel, but its well worth it for variety, and reasonably priced healthy foods. They sell a decent selection of misc kitchenware, for when youre in a pinch, and basic household goods (pet food, paper goods, stationary, etc.) Love their prices, and prefer them over the monster that is Walmart.

The young woman at the bakery was awesome! She was very helpful and friendly wish I knew her name ... my daughter cant wait to blow out the candles on her "Frozen" birthday cake! Thank you helping me make my birthday girls wish come true!

Good prices and great selection for uncommon stuff like special cheeses. Not the most convenient to get to, but at least you only have to make one stop.
