Worse Publix ever, from employees to manager! Came in with a rain check for a mop (a bogo offer/buy one get one free) and the lady at the checkout would not give me offer. She said, "I would have bought this mop myself if it was for this offer" and made a big deal about my rain check as if I made a rain check myself, when all Publix rain checks are signed and stamped with the Publix location when receiving a rain check. Manager came and did nothing and also did not give me the rain check offer. Went to another Publix and had no problem with the rain check and got myself the mop, which is ridiculous! Worse experience ever!!! Upper management needs to have this location checked! Its not a normal Publix like everywhere else!

Ive been coming here from some time and the service from the bakery where the short Indian lady who works there and is always rude. To how I seen her treat a couple of her race so nice and then when it came to me asking for a sample cookie for my daughter which she had attitude and basically threw the cookie at my and still saying thank you just walked off. My daughter who also thanked her she continued to walk off. In doing so I just watched this women be so kind to her race and treat me and my daughter horrible. I couldnt believe what I saw and just broken down in front of people and was so embarrassed. I did tell the manager as well, but the sad part is Ive heard many complaints about this lady and shes still there.

This has been "the grocery store at home" for as long as this location has stood (Im thinking 19 years now). Knowing a good portion of the "veteran staff" I never worry about losing track of something. They are happy to help everyone in any way they can to keep people smiling day in and day out! Forget subway, quiznos, firehouse or any other sub joint, and head to the publix deli for an awesome selection, great prices and friendly staff! No plans in soght for leaving this store for another. Thank you Publix for all you have done for my family and I, keep up the good work!

This is my Publix; and yes it was one of the deciding factors when I purchased my home. In my opinion Publix is the cleanest out of all the other supermarkets. I also prefer their fresh food, deli, bakery, produce and meat selection over everyone else. One of the best things about Publix? There are always people out on the floor willing to help you and they have plenty of cash registers open with real people. I cannot stand other grocery stores that have all of their self serve registers open and only two that are manned by actual human beings.

The only thing you need to know about our Publix, on Buford Dr. in Lawrenceville - Is that its the Absolute Best grocery store of all the ones available around here. Theyre no farmers market, but theres none around here anyway. So, Publix... The BEST! Kroger - Play games with pricing on inferior product - You end up spending more - for less. Walmart Grocery - Greatly limited selection for mostly the same pricing. Dont let them fool you. The others dont really matter. Publix... The Best. Isnt your family worth it?

Publix is always clean and neat. Easy to find stuff, and staff are nice. However, their deals tend to focus more on buy one get one deal, and its a pain to use membership or coupon. Cashiers dont ask if I have coupon or membership and just starts scanning right away, and I end up not be able to use coupon because they already scanned it. I wonder why they bother advertise coupons if they dont let customers use it.

Im a regular Publix Shopper but I dont like this location. Its never quite the same service as the one by my house. This time and item was marked by one get one free and right next to the sign and got up to the register with a long line behind me and it did not ring up buy one get one free. Unfortunately Im not the kind of person thats going to hold up a long line waiting for somebody to do a price check.

customer service and great bakery goods? Like most people I come to Publix thinking very high end store. but I have come to the realization that when you buy something from publix it is high quality. this is a place that you get what you pay for. and what you pay for shows in the great customer service and some of the best bake goods that you could not find at a walmart or a Kroger. thanks publix

I keep 4 different grocery stores in my rotation and this local publix is one of them. Selection is decent, service is very good and the Boars Head deli options are just off the chart. I do have one complaint though. When I say that I want to bag my own stuff, I shouldnt have to insist, nor should the bagger look at me like hes going to lose his job if he lets me do it.

Normally I wouldnt think to rate a grocery store but they really caught my attention today. I had the most pleasant experience in Publix today and everyones customer service really stood out. I love that not only were they nice and accommodating for me but they were to each other as well! I wish I lived in that area.

Im literally in here everyday. The meat department is amazing. They are always willing to help me pick the best meat for the occasion. I also have had great experiences with produce and the bakery. Everyone seems to be so helpful. Great place to shop and spend money.

Need checkouts operating to reduce long lines at 8:00pm Also would recommend having some form of supervision on the front end as well. Total mess on 2/28, 8:10 pm. If I am going to get this level of service, Ill go to Kroger and pay less, which is what I did.

I love this Publix. Everyone makes you feel special and are very helpful too. They are more than willing to even carry an item that I can only get at Whole Foods. Just ask. Always a Publix Old Peachtree Shopper!!!

Up to Publixs high standards in all areas. My only perceived issue is the parking lot is too small and this one seems more crowded during peak hours than it probably is. That has nothing to do with the friendly staff.

Excellent as most Publix markets are. Clean with a pretty good selection and great prices. Only a couple things they dont carry, but they have a special order system for things like that.
