The past two times we have come here we have had a terrible experience. We came for the live music on a Saturday night a few weeks ago. We were waiting for a table. They wouldnt seat us until over half of our party was there. So we were finally sat when all but 2 members of our party had arrived. Working in the food industry for 10+ years, I understand why they do not immediately seat partial parties on busy nights. But once we were sat, we were not given menus or silverware. We sat there for 30-45 minutes before a server came by. It took another 30-45 minutes to get our drinks...and menus. The server didnt take our order for another 15 minutes. After we were finally able to order it took about an hour to get our food. Meanwhile we were waiting with empty drinks. We finally got our food and the server didnt come back until we were completely finished. We had to go to the bar to get refills. Then it took forever to pay for our bill. We spoke with the manager and she just kept making excuses for the server. Saying that he was really busy and had an attitude. Needless to say we were not thrilled when we left. We went back the following Wednesday after we decided to give Grazing Here another chance. It was music trivia night which we were very excited about. Yet again, it took 20 minutes for a server to come by. Another 20 minutes to get our bar drinks and then we finally ordered. It was an hour before our food made it to the table. The fries were cold and appeared to be fried more than once. We asked the food runner for tartar sauce for the fish and chips. 30 minutes later the server finally came back after we were almost finished with our food. At this point we had already went to the bar to get our drinks. We had to ask again for tartar sauce and soda refills. She finally returned to the table with refills and no tartar sauce. Our poor friend had to wait yet again for tartar sauce so she could eat her cold food. Then the same manager from the previous night comes by and tells us that she plated the fries. This really baffled me because I had been watching her talk to a table for 20 minutes. So either the food had been sitting back there for awhile or she lied to us. She just seems to make excuses rather than trying to fix the situation. In my opinion, management is at fault here. The kitchen does not seem like it can handle the volume of customers coming in. The servers can not handle the amount of tables they are given either. The bar cannot handle the orders coming from the servers. Management needs to have enough people working that can run drinks or food to the tables and that can prebus the tables so your guests can enjoy their dinner. Maybe take away some of the tables until the business is ready for that kind of volume.

We had hoped that the food had gotten better since they moved... nope. If anything, its worse. My husband and I both ordered the clod hopper (bbq +cheese) burger. I had spuds, aka fries and my husband had sweeties, sweet potatoes. First the burger, DRIPPING grease and no taste. The best part of the burger was the pickle. My fries were nothing to write home about. They were greasy. The sweeties were completely burned. Were not talking over cooked. We are talking black and they were all turned over so you couldnt see the black. Our server came over when the food first showed up and said, "Everything good. Okay." as she walked away. She never showed back up until it was time to leave. When she did show up, she said she would get our bill and I explained that the sweeties were burned and that my husband couldnt even eat them. She walked away and when she came back, awhile later, she said she took them off the bill. That was nice of her to do that since my husband didnt feel like picking through them to see if he could maybe eat something from them. The prices have gone up considerably. Our combo burgers; burger, fries and drink were $8(burger) and another $5.29 for the drink and fries I dont think I have ever been to a restaurant where they charge $8 for a baked potato with butter and sour cream. I dont care if it does say jumbo... no potato is worth it. I It was so loud that you couldnt hear anyone at your table. They had music trivia tonight, but you couldnt understand what the guy was saying. We like sitting at tables, not booths and they got rid of all their small tables. We would have gotten better burger if we had gone to McDonalds. Very disappointing. We will not go back again.

We had a bad experience. We had never been very impressed with Grazing Heres food at their old location, but we thought they might have improved at their new location. Nothing could be further from the truth. After ordering, we didnt see our waitress again until she showed after we had finished eating. The food took about half an hour to get to our table after we ordered it. During the time we were waiting we did have the manager walk by the table and ask us how things were going. We didnt see her again either. We both ordered hamburgers. These are Grazing Heres primary entree. They always come out well done: dry and tough. Both my wife and I like medium rare, so in our opinion these burgers are ruined. My wife also had a lot of grease on her burger. It ran down her arm. My wife got fries and they seemed OK. I got the sweeties (thick cut sweet potato fries). In truth those are the main reason that we have been here more than once. I really like these things. Usually. This time they were so burned that I only ate maybe a third of them. The rest were charred so badly they were inedible. When the waitress came back to give us the check we mentioned these things to her. She did get the sweeties taken off the bill, but since they were a part of a combination, that bumped the price of the drink up and didnt actually save us very much. We have really wanted to like Grazing Here. We have given them numerous chances to improve. Unfortunately it seems like they have gotten worse with every visit. We wont be returning again.

My first experience with Grazing Here was about a week ago. I ended up at their old location. The location on maps was not updated yet and the restaurant did not have any signage referencing their new location. Today I made it back there, to the correct location this time. There was no wait time which was great. The ambience and space were nicely decorated and in theme. There was also a stage set up for live music. The entire staff was really nice, even though our waitress was a little disorganized (We were also hangry at the time). My wife and I decided to order the chips and queso, which also came with salsa. The Salsa definitely lacked flavor and any kind of kick. The queso was well made and tasted good. I wish it would have had more flavor as well. All in all the chips and queso are not worth the $8 price tag. They have an option for all 3 dips, which I wish they could change the menu to 1 m, 2 and 3 dip options. I opted for the patty melt (onions, Swiss cheese and thousand island dressing on Texas toast. I also added tomatoes and lettuce). The burger itself was a good size and the quality of the grass fed beef really shone through. It seemed to lack some flavor/spices though as it was somewhat bland. The fries were good as well. Mine were seasoned good, even though the were not seasoned enough to my wifes taste. The fries were $3 extra and none of the side items were really mentioned on the menu. The bathrooms were nice and clean. Unfortunately there were no more hand towels available.
