If there was an option for me to give zero stars, I would. I wont go into full detail about the entire experience, but Ill highlight some key points: - the waitress that responded to my question if we could sit outside or not was RUDE. - After seating ourselves, we were not acknowledged the entire 25 minutes we were there - so we walked out. - other people were acknowledged and given chips and salsa before us and they came in AFTER we did. - the bathroom is dark, scary, disgusting, and the sign on the wall asking people not to throw up in the sink was.... Ummm.... Interesting. - the floors were sticky as hell like they mop the floors with sugar water. - other patrons were yelling "Hello" across the restaurant in order to get the staffs attention. They hadnt been acknowledge since arriving. - the kitchen looked unclean as I walked out of the bathroom. I didnt even give the food a chance. All signs were telling me to leave! I went to My Youth Jamaican restaurant instead. The food there was fantastic if youre in the mood food international cuisine.

I ordered to things and a glass of wine. When I was served my wine it was in a dirty glass with someones lip marks on it. I took it to the staff and they took the wine cleaned that same glass instead of giving me a new one and reused the same wine which was cloudy in the now clean glass. At the end of my meal I nicely asked the waiter if she could remove the 2.15 for my beans versus the 4.99 for the wine she bought me in the dirty wine glass. She then snatched the bill from my hand, shes an older woman who barely speaks English but has been at El Ranchero since I was a small girl. She had no customer service at all. Sick. Didnt seem to want to be there. And it just sucks to experience this kind of service after coming here literally 12 years!!!!! Never again. I will never come here. They wont even hire people that speak fluent English because of whatever reasons you can probably guess. No stars.

Muy buenas tardes Sra. IRMA. Mire fui a comer uno de Sus restaurantes que está en la tara al lado de publix y el servicio está pésimo. Una meseta me atendió se le cayó la azúcar y nunca limpio la mesa h solamente 2 veces fue a ver una para tomar la orden y la otra para recoger el plato. Que mal. Servicio. Y no fui el único. Al cliente. De atrás se tuvo k parar para buscar a la mesera.

I think they are short staff and slow as heck! The food was okay, it tasted brunt in a way but I still ate it because Im 8 months pregnant and was very hungry . The waitress was sweet but felt when she saw my tip calculator and saw how much it said, she rolled her eyes. I wasnt even going to tip her in the first place though because when I got there , there was nobody at the front and nobody ever came to me . I had to get up and get them to serve me . I almost walk out because theres a Chinese spot right there but the baby wanted Mexican food so I stayed only because they got an A on their inspection . I tip her 15% anyways because I know how it is being a server but I probably wont be coming back here . Ill find another Mexican spot nearby .

Have been coming to the restaurant for 6 years. Never had a problem til one month ago. Ordered food and waiter forgot to put order in waited 30 minutes no food came then questioned where it was. Next time we went back thinking ok maybe they was busy things happen but got food with a hair sticking out of the beans. They took back and remade plate. So eating the fajitas and pull a hair out of my mouth!!! Disgusting!! Speak with manager and he would replace food. No thank you while you still have waitresses in the back playing with their hair on the line. Never again will we return to this restaurant.

I only gave one star bc I have to. I wouldnt recommend this specific location because theres no pride, from what I experienced, in the food or service. Unfortunately, after taking just one bite of my meal, there was burnt plastic in my mouth. Extremely unsanitary and when I asked for a refund, they refused, even with proof of the plastic. I love El Ranchero but I will never visit the location on Tara Blvd. I hope this helps whomever else considering visiting this location.

This place SUCKS.. THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE, THE WAITRESSES WERE SLOW, BAD ATTITUDE AND HAVE VERY SMART MOUTHS .. THE FOOD WAS NOT WHAT WE ORDERED, THE FOOD WAS BURNT, DRY, NO FLAVOR, THEY BROUGHT THE TORTILLAS WHEN WE FINISHED EATING, THE WAITRESS GOT VERY SMART AND I ALMOST GOT INTO A FIGHT WITH HER. THEN THE MANAGER SAID WE ARENT THE FIRST OR THE LAST ONES THAT COMPLAIN.. I ADVISE YOU NOT TO EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME..

Food was a bit slow coming out but thats ok, we were given plenty of chips and salsa to hold us over and the waiter checked on us often. Food was worth the wait-very tasty and very hot...I hate to get lukewarm food because I always wonder what happened to it between it being cooked and to the time I get it! Overall, good lil mexican restaurant for locals and reasonably priced.

Horrible ! Waitress told us she had to do something else made us wait 30 minutes, my girlfriend was starving and when I went to confront the waitress she did not respond ,when I told the other waitress she was very nonchalant, customer service is not what you will get here ..if I could give it no stars I would .

Everything was awesome. I was with the second most beautiful woman and I met the most beautiful woman here. Hottest server ever!! I think her name was Rose or Rosie. I dont think she spoke English though. Either that or she just thought I was an idiot not worthy to speak to lol.

Visited on 2/17/2016 ordered the fiesta fries discovered a hair in my food and the owner was only willing to take $1.75 off of my ticket or make me another order. Who sends food back and gets something else? Not me. Unacceptable. Poor customer service. Will never go back.

It took 20 minutes and asking 2 different people to get someone to take my to-go order. Then I was told I couldnt order an additional taco with my meal, I would have to order a whole other entree in order for me to get 2 tacos. Customer services needs work.
