Called in an order of "hot" wings and a grilled chicken salad. Order was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes, but still wasnt ready after 30 minutes. Wings were not hot at all. Grilled chicken salad was so tiny and not worth the price we paid. It was a small amount of lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheese with three small grilled chicken tenders and one tiny cup of dressing. Salad would have been good if not so tiny!

My family and I used to eat here on the regular. The one time we have an issue and call in to have the problem corrected the staff acted as if we were in the wrong. The wings were entirely too salty and our children couldnt even eat them . We went through way too much resistance when all they had to do was remake the wings . Do Better !!!!

Great selection of flavors wings, reasonable price and great customer service. The cashier was very nice and provided excellent service to the dine-in patrons. I got my order to go and she brought the food right to me. My new favorite wing spot.

Its sad that my first time dining at wing ranch might also be my last do to poor customer service. I wasnt pleased with my meal and instead of fixing the problem I was given attitude to go along with it !! THATS A NO NO.
