I went to Little Caesars for 2 cheese pizzas. They were out of Hot & Ready and said it would be 6 minutes. I said fine, but be sure that there is not a 3 inch crust, a problem I have has with the Ellenwood location. The guy said OK and talked to the "Cook". The cook brought the 2 out when they were done. Like an idiot, I did not look at them. The one on top was great. The one on the bottom was as bad as I have ever seen (see attached photos). So I took it back. The same guy who took my order was there & I reminded him I was the guy who did not want 3 inch crusts. I showed him the pizza. He said "that is the way they come out sometimes". He said they use a ring-guide to spread the cheese. I told him this was unacceptable to me. He just stood there! He did not say "I sorry, let me fix it." He did not say "let me refund the amount." His attitude was, "they come out that way. " I told him he could keep the pizza and I was never coming back! I walked out and looked on the outside of the building for emergency contact number for the business. I could not find it. I went back in and ask for contact information for the owner. He said he would contact the owner for me. I told him not to bother, I would take care of it myself. He stood in front of the business license, so I took a picture of the food service permit to get the owners name. Have yet to find a way to communicate with him.

Horrible customer service. Im done. This restaurant has a lunch special that they serve from 11-2. At 1:55 I get in line behind another customer. At 2:00 I ask for the lunch special. He tells me its over. He agrees its 2:00, but says I needed to get there by 1:59. I tell him the special does not end at 1:59. It ends at 2:0) and he saw me in line. He seriously would not let me order it. He actually smirked like he thought it was funny. Who treats a customer like that? My 11 year old likes that pizza, but Ill drive to Forest Park before I give that store another penny. Very disappointing not to be able to support a business in my community.

I work around this little Caesars so on my lunch brake I went and ordered a cheesey bread, but I whated for 15 minutes and ask wen well the bread well be done cuss I only have a 30 minute lunch, the girl seid shell go check, she walked to the back, I looked over and seen her talking to a boy. The boy went and grabbed something and walked over to the oven and put it in. It was the cheesy bread (they forgot about it) so my lunch was all most over so I just asked for my money back and just went back to work. I dont think ill be going back any time soon. :(

Slow and unprofessional hot and ready my azz I paid with cash one day and the cute light skin guy put my money in his pocket..ugh I cant stand this spot!!!! They lock the doors forcing people to go through the drive thur which takes about 30 mins only for you to get to the window place order and then have to drive back around to wait in a line again to get your order.new manager new staff is what they need and some classes on customer service...DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY at this location unless your into for POOR. HORRIBLE SREVICE.

10:45pm and not a soul to be seen... website says open till 11pm on Sundays. It was so quiet inside I could hear the drive-thru bell ring as I drove up to the window. An employees SUV still parked in the otherwise empty parking lot. Ive never been to any restaurant, be it fast food or otherwise, that closed early and maintained operations for much longer.

Called in an order so i wouldnt be late for work, the lady said itll be ready in 7 minutes i got there 15 minutes later and they didn even prep it yet so I ended up waiting 15 more minutes. Bad business! !!!

This location has a drive-thru and a walk in and order. you can call your orders in. customer service could pick up I seen a lot of customers waiting.
