8/7/16 Worst experience ever manager on duty Atwanette was very rude cursing around her boss Keisha. While I was explaining my issue. They both thought the situation was funny so I asked to speak with owner and was given a gentleman name Jason (who is the GM there) number spoke with him. However some people do not need to work in fast food at all. Atwanette crack of her butt was out she look very unclean. This was the worse experience ever. Cursing at a customer called me stupid smh. Thank God for change. I will be following up with the owner on this matter.

I wish I could give no stars. Drive thru employee was very rude. When asked to substitute the regular bun for the sourdough bun employee just said no. We have done this many times before so when we asked why she just said because! Asked to speak to the manger and the manger informs me that they are out of the sourdough bread which is fine I tell the employee that she is very rude and how she should of responded with they are out rather then just saying no and because. Employee then proceeded to cuss me out. Will never go here again.

Staff had an attitude like they did not want to be there. they sounded like robots when making the order. "Anything else" was said, a lot. my son had to wait 3 to 5 minutes just to get some napkins because they were too busy to respond to him at the walk up window. at least the food was okay. Do not order the garlic parmesan Wings they taste more like garlic butter-no parmesan.

Be careful with what you order here. They do not care at all if you get what you ordered. Have gotten the wrong sandwich multiple times. The people who work here are not courteous and come across as rude and unfriendly. They dont change the oil out of the fryer and you get old fry oil that tastes bitter and metallic. Disgusting.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The server Bernard was VERY VERY rude. He is very unprofessional. After I refused to eat there and pulled round to the window he said he was frustrated with previous customers. Smh you cant take your anger out on other customers.

Inexpensive fast food for a quick bite to eat. Ive been here a handful of times and service has been great. Mama takes care of her customers and staff. Feel free to check out the Snip Snap app for good deals and coupons. You can only use one coupon per order though. The Big Buford is good.

The food is good.... it is a drive thru. The service is awful!! One employee in particular that takes drive thru orders needs to be fired asap! Her attitude is sssooo nasty and she doesnt even know the food on the menu! Theyd be so much better if she were gone

Terrible. They didnt give us all our food and when we drove back there, they told us we were lying. The manager never talked to us personally. We asked for the cooperate number, they said they didnt know it and gave us the store number.

This is the worst checkers I have even been too.. my order was completely wrong and they gave me a drink with a hole in the bottom of the cup, I also asked for fresh fries they were still soggy and cold..never again will I eat here
