There is a rolled Ice place in Kennesaw Ga called IC Hot and it is WAYYYYYY better than this place. The ice cream was ok but after going to IC Hot this was a disappointment! The place was a little messy but thats to be expected being that it was 9:30 when my family and I went! However the service that we got was unacceptable. Most of the staff but the cashier were very rude. I ask if she called my number and she got an attitude with me and that was just the start. They got my little brothers order wrong and when we told them this was not right the girl freaked out and made a big seen. After almost ten minutes of waiting she finally made one of the guys remake the ice cream! So if you really love the rolled ice trend and have the time to go, the one in Kennesaw GA called IC Hot has very good ice cream and amazing service. I will not come back to this one at all.

The experience of rolled ice cream for kids was nice. Is the flavor any better than regular ice cream, not really. As for the toppings, not a huge selection but good enough for most. However, theyre not very generous with the toppings. One of ours was lychee, it was literally 1 canned lychee. At least chop that bad boy up so its easier to eat with multiple spoonfuls. Its not easy trying to cut it up with a plastic spoon. Bottom line, if you want the experience its worth it. But thatll get old after a couple visits. Snowflake across the street is better IMO.

This place is awesome! I had never had rolled ice cream before I came here and now Ive been spoiled by what I know ice cream can be. They have tons of flavor options and toppings that are just as unique. It is a wonderful place to hang out with friends. Be careful with children however. There are post it notes from customers all over the walls and some of them dont have the most child-friendly words on them.

The ice cream was great but the place was not very clean. I could tell something was off as soon as we walked up to the glass front door and saw that it looked like it hasnt been cleaned in days. The floors needed to be swept and mopped. The glass table was filthy. The restrooms needed a lot of attention. Doesnt the owner or manager care about this place?!

Got on the bandwagon for rolled ice cream and decided to try both 8 Fahrenheit and Kremo. Kremo got my vote for taste and ambiance. 8 Fahrenheit didnt taste as fresh and scarcely scattered ugly chairs didnt fit the hype. Also, the smell of chlorine was overwhelming as soon as you walk in.

Food was great .they were a little stingy with toppings especially with the price of 5.99$ plus tax 6.27$ .Workers a little rude no welcome at door Or really at all.Honestly it was to expensive for a cup of icecream but it was worth might come by my self but definitely not with a family .

Giving this place 3 stars. The ice cream was amazing, however I definitely recommend taking it to-go. The place is messy and sticky and if you sit outside, there is an overwhelming dog poo smell, maybe sewage issues? I just dont like smelling poop while I eat my nutella ice cream.

Great flavors and super cute ice cream shop! Ice cream is super creamy and delicious. There are several flavors to chose from and you can add lots of different toppings too. The flavor of your choice plus 2 free toppings costs $5.99. Not sure how much it is for extra topings tho.

Loved it.. there wasnt anyone wither but it was early in the day. The staff was polite and patient. We were very pleased.. i thought it was something different .. so we enjoyed watching them make our ice cream right in front of us. Will go back as much as possible..

Loved the rolled ice cream! It was delicious and the staff was very patient with us. The menu is a little confusing but the guy at the counter made sure to take time and help us through it. The sticky notes are also cute and make for a great atmosphere.

Very dirty, no napkins, bathroom smell worse than gas station bathrooms, no soap, no paper towel - waited over 30min for Average taste ice cream!! The "show" of preparing ice cream is amusing but place is disgusting!!!!

The ice cream is good... but the place in nasty as hell.. it look like they havent cleaned in months.. the furniture is worn out and needs updating.. and at $6 it should be clean.. they need close for clean up!!!!

Rolled up ice cream idea is pretty cool and yummy. Spot is okay. Whats with the sticky notes? I dont get it. Spot could be a little cleaner and more tables for people to sit. Ohh and it smells like poop

Great concepts, ice cream rolled tastes delicious. However, they need to wipe the tables and seats more often. Its sticky from my last visit. Also, a broken table inside waiting to be fixed.
