Yesterday was my husbands birthday, and hes not much of a cake person - LOVES ice cream! On a whim I called this Cold Stone to see if they could make a banana-split type sundae in a 32 oz size "to-go" carton (banana split is his favorite). Spoke to a very nice girl and said while they didnt have it on the menu, they would improvise and make it work! Picked everything up a few hours later (also got another type ice cream) and once home, both were SO good! The banana split concoction was awesome and my husband loved it. I just appreciated the simple gesture of them making my life easier and coming up with something yummy! Thanks! :)

Cold Stone has good ice cream. This Cold Stone has been here for a long time and it does a good job. I wouldnt go out of my way for this place though. I prefer a more creamy ice cream. Thats my taste and I dont think Cold Stone has it.

I LOVE Cold Stone! I was upset when the one in Decatur closed and I was happy to find this one! I hope they never close! Great place to buy wonderful ice cream- servings are a decent size and the employees are always nice

Extremely slow service. Cant fathom that in todays day and age, you have to waste 20 minutes to buy an icecream. After all that waiting, server prepared something that I didnt ask for. Wouldnt be visiting again.

Theres no going back to regular ice cream shops once youve had Cold Stone. The mix your ice cream with metal spoons on a slat with ANYTHING you want! No other shop does that! 5

I LOVE ice cream, and this is my go to place. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. Its a bit cramped inside, as its a small store, and they have outdoor seating.

Ice cream was good, but people serving seemed less enthusiastic and got annoyed if you took too long to pick your ice cream. Besides from that highly recommend it.
