Just wanted to let everyone know about the service I received at this location today 1-12-2016. My company has been using a local coffee shop for our meeting. I recommended Starbucks because I love their service and products. I arrived to the location with 5 orders and I paid 3 times for each of them because I wanted to not make so much confusion and headache. When I came in I was not greeted from the 3 people that were working and I felt at ease because when I told them I had a few orders they were not happy about that. I started off ordering by asking for a green tea and they were like do you want it frozen?- And I responded no just tea in a cup. They looked at me like an alien and I started feeling even more alienated. This happened with each my orders I would say something and they would ask many questions about each of them. I understand that you need to make sure you get the order correct but the tone I was receiving was unprofessional and unsettling. I did not ever have a attitude or was rude I was just confused why was everything I was asking for an issue. One of the drinks was wrong and I had all 3 tell me I said mocha frap and not java frap. I love the chips in my drink that is why I always get a java chip. The staff were not happy and I was just standing there being scolded of me making a mistake that I honestly did not think I made. They had already messed up a tea and had to throw it away in the sink ...((This shows that they do not listen well anyways)) The drink which I had to get remade was mine and it had no coffee in it and was nothing but water...no milk to favor or anything. It was thrown together because I made the mistake.....which is confusing again because I never order the drink they gave me. You know I worked for Chick-fila and I am a great tipper and every understanding when it comes to customer service and food because I have done it my whole life. That harder work landed my in my great job I have now. I guess where I am getting at is why treat people this way. Why should I feel like I ran over a kids dog after leaving my local starbucks. Again the only reason I put in this complaint is after I was leaving with my re-made drink they started laughing at me...and I felt at ease and almost in tears because I am was under a lot of stress with my *Big bosses coffees for their meeting and I felt like I was stupid because of the way they treated me. I will let people know if Starbucks cares about their customers. I hope someone contacts me asap. Because this should not be happening ever. Good Day. order number 578482

The Starbucks at the kroger on North Decatur Rd is probably the worst location Ive visited. Granted its a Starbucks in the grocery store so I maybe shouldnt expect much, but literally every visit Ive had is ridiculously terrible. They get my order wrong every time (why is it hard to remember to add caramel AND whip cream. Thats like 50% of their beverages.) They are extremely slow (which also makes me wonder how they always get it wrong!) And if you correct them and ask them to make it over there is all kinds of attitude thrown back at you. Whats worse is that there really isnt anyone to talk to about it because Kroger takes no responsibility for their vendors. Bottom line if you must go here stick to something simple like a regular coffee...or maybe some juice.

Ive given this Starbucks multiple chances. Today there was one car in front of me. It still took ten minutes to get through the drive thru. Once I got through, the drink I ordered was not correct. I asked for it to be remade and caramel added on top. I was given attitude and a sub par product. Then, I unloaded my kids from the car to get myself a new drink and the staff were not even apologetic. Im writing this as Im waiting. I asked for the district managers information and was told to wait. It has now been more than five minutes and I have nothing. No phone number and no drink. This is literally the WORST Starbucks on a consistent basis. I absolutely despise coming here. I wish there was another one close by with a drive thru. This is ridiculous.

Today I ordered a java chip Frappuccino with raspberry. I requested 3 times for raspberry during my order. When I received my Frappuccino it did not have raspberry in it and the batista working the bar spilt chocolate all over her hands and then proceeded to hand me the Frappuccino covering the cup in chocolate syrup. Not only did she make a mess of my order she made a mess of the order before and after mine without offering to remake the orders. My cashier was Brittany, who was constantly taking a sharpie in and out of her mouth.

Drive thru worker forgot her smile, her words and her personality this morning. No greeting, no thank you, no words at all. Didnt even confirm if she was handing me the right order, or ask if I wanted a receipt. She handed me a cup, reached for my payment and stared blankly at me. Finally, I said Is that it?". She nodded yes. I drove away shaking my head... At least my coffee order was correct. This is unusual for the Decatur location. Their workers are usually bubbly and talkative.

It really busy this morning the drive thru was so long I ordered 2 carved Ham&Swiss sandwiches and 2 mocha lattes with coconut milk I got to the drive thru with a $100 bill and dam it the manger wasnt there so they couldnt take it so I went to get change at Walmart I didnt know they didnt take $100 bills at Starbucks next time I will know better if there is a next time lol. In it all the staff was great!!! I had no problems.

I am a guy who sips on good Starbuck s coffee at least two times a day. I was surprised by the poor customer service that I got from Starbucks located at the down Decatur. There is one particular young man who was with a lot of attitude which doesnt even pay attention to what I ordered and I saw him serving two customers who came behind me. I am looking forward to ralk to his manager.

This is the slowest Starbucks in the mornings that I have ever been to. It seems that Starbucks didnt hire the right ppl for this location. There id no sense of urgency when ppl are clearly on their way to work. I waited 20 mins for a regular coffee and this is normal. I visited this location multiple times before writng this review so this is based on several experiences

There is no communication in this place what so ever! Waiting...Because Im here too long for someone to come to the register, take my order, then had me wait for something THAT THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE I STOCK! I know this place is relatively new but sheeeesh please get it together! Not saying that I wont come back...Im just saying this WONT be my firat choice.

I never get out of this place in less than 20 mins. Thats absurd when all you want is a cup of coffee. Half the time my order is free as an apology for the wait, but Id rather pay and get my order in a timely fashion. I dont know how they are still in business...
