Ugh. Why? Fowlerville did not need a Biggby that badly that they just let some hack set one up. Were they even trained? How hard is it to make these drinks? The other stores do it!! Geez. Id rather drive to Howell. Heck, id rather drive to Brighton for coffee that isnt even from this company. Shame on the owner for not having a handle on things and shame on this company for not taking care of it promptly. Maybe you all should teach a class on being nice and losing customers at the same time because you are nailing it on the head.

I want so badly to love this Biggby; however every time I go in or drive thru it takes upwards of 10 minutes to make one drink and thats including register issues or remaking the drink. This is when absolutely nobody is in there. Customer service is great though, they are real nice but I dont think they were trained right. I cant keep coming if I have to wait that long... its a shame- this is the only coffee chain for miles. Great space though, good location... just takes For-Ev-Er to get a drink.

I started going there every morning to study for my classes. Since the first day I went in there the people were friendly and helpful (I do not usually drink coffee so the assistance was helpful in finding what I would like). Yhe music and various sounds of brewing coffee made for good white noise while I was working. The only difficult times are when it is very busy.

Normally we like Biggby, but after ordering and paying for more than $25 in coffee they refused to refill water in my 2 year olds sippy cup without nickel and diming us for another 25 cents. Not going to ever come to this or any other David Row franchise owned Biggby locations again.
