DO NOT EAT HERE! I have been eating at Mizu for 4 years. I just discovered that it is not safe to eat there. I order at least once a month, both pickup and delivery. I normally order at home, but I ordered food at work for the first time yesterday. I was told 30-45 min, but they took 1 hr 15 min to get there, when I was only working 10 miles away. Unless you make the food from scratch and then drive 15mph the whole way, why would it ever take that long? After all that, my order was incorrect. I called and talked to the young woman who works there and she told me that since the employee who took the order wasnt there, they couldnt confirm the time that he had told me or what I ordered. What does it matter if he is there or not? They have zero accountability, and they dont care at all how loyal you are. She said they would send the delivery guy to pick the food up and issue a refund. The call ended. Mizu called me back to make sure that I hadnt opened the food. Why would that even matter? They clearly were going to try to sell that food to someone else. What if I was a spiteful person [Im not, I promise :-)] and had done something to the food or even ate some? Beware. It is not safe to eat there. I also have yet to receive a refund. I really like the food there, and Im so sad and disappointed in their customer service and problem resolution. They are so nice when you deal with them normally, pleasant and polite. That is why it shocked me so much to realize just how little they really care about us as customers. :-( They lost hundreds, maybe thousands, of dollars from me because they refused to own up to the mistakes they made with a $20 order. They dont care how much money you have spent there. I have been going there for YEARS, but Ill never eat there again. Ill never be able to tell if my food is fresh or if it came from another customers rejected order, and that scares me.

Ate here the other night. We had been once before and it was ok, but this time the restaurant was freezing cold, and even most of the staff were wearing jackets. Service was slow and horrible, and we were repeatedly ignored in favor of other customers. Two other customers had young children that were screaming at the top of their lungs the entire time we ate, and no one did anything about it. If we pay to eat at a nicer restaurant, we dont expect our night to be ruined having to hear someone elses kids scream the entire time. A man I presumed was the manager went around and asked two other tables if they needed anything, people who had come in after us I might add, and it took him passing by three times before he finally noticed my boyfriends drink was empty and stopped to ask if we needed anything. The people who came in after us all received their food before us, even though they had also ordered sushi after our order was placed. We got our miso soup first, and it was quite weak. When we finally got our sushi, the rolls tasted ok, but the nigiri was poorly made, as in falling apart, and was very bland, flavorless, and didnt taste very fresh. My boyfriend asked for a box because he hates to waste food. The server said ok. He waited. The wait was so long I decided to go wait for him in the car where I could turn on the heat, and then the server asked one of the same tables of people who came in after us if they needed a box. They said yes, she brought them one instantly, and he still hadnt gotten his box even though we were sitting right next to the other table. We felt ignored and neglected the entire time. Horrible service, horrible atmosphere, mediocre food. Were never eating here again.

You get one star just for being the closest place to offer sushi. No more driving to Hiram or Kennesaw and fighting massive crowds and long lines. Another for the menu! Where else can one get some fresh sashimi and an order of Pad Thai! Great combos and choices. I cant see anyone with a taste of the orient being unable to find something to love on the menu. Also everything is available as take out and they deliver. This place offers everything out of a small location in a Publix strip Mall. Seems most Publix complexes have one gem and for Ridge road MiZu is it! They are crazy busy because they offer so much and they are the only one to do so for miles and miles. I cant say they are the best at any one item but I have not been let down yet. They did get our order wrong once. We ordered Sashimi and got Maki with a roll. Its only one item off on the menu and they not only admitted the error but gave us 6 extra pieces of sashimi in the replacement order. This is not a high dollar or high roller restaurant. One should not expect it to be. Come on it is in the middle of nowhere and they are offering everything you could want at a fair price. Out in this country I never would have imagined I could enjoy fresh sushi and excellent Thai food at home. Thank you so much for doing what you do Mizu! PS: You must be psychic because as I was writing this review my wife was picking up our order and you gave us free crab rangoons. (Dipping sauce included, they are Huge!) Honorable mention for the complimentary ginger salads.

so i order from this nasty place , to start with i told them on the phone that i only had a hundred dollar bill and i was told they would bring enough cash well when the guy came to my door he only had 70 dollars , my bill was only 21.02 meaning i was conned out of 10 dollars from the start...... i started eating and my food was high disgusting !!!!! my sushi was NOT fresh the cucumbers were old as crap. my rice and chicken were cold and it was honestly the worst hibachi i have ever had in my life ! i called and spoke to the manager , he tried auguring with me basically telling me i was a liar and they he was well aware that they conned me. i told him it was bad business and made him look poorly as a restaurant manager yet he didnt seem to care so i just hung up on him and told him to get his crap together, shortly after he called me back offering to discount my food the next time i ordered and i made it very clear that i will never eat that nasty dog pile of poop again ... would not recommend this place to anyone!

The Bland Waitress HAILEY in which I had to ask her boring name when she came to the table it was as if we were bothering here or she just SUCKED at her job and did not care about thus the HELP WANTED SIGN ! She SUCKED did I say that ? We asked what were the beers she says its right there on the table...im sorry do you work for tips or do you work for monopoly money. ? I then asked her what the specials she read them off as if she was saying supercalifragilois Im like this chic....at that point we cashed out and left her ACE standing right there we told JERRY she sucked he said ya I know she wreally wreally suck! Maybe do take out it betta next time ok... I said ok this girl had the nerve to look at us like what they have choices? Yes sweetie we do and money to back it up also ..we went to texas roadhouse where we were greeted and served by a Server named Rutty oye!
