Im in Atlanta to visit my college bestie! And she spends every Monday night with her family at this Chick-fil-a and I got to join! The service is friendly and efficient! Our food was out in no time! I tried a grilled chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon and a side of fries. The chicken was juicy and flavorful! And the fries always taste awesome when you dip them in Chick-fil-a Sauce! My friends sister got the new seasonal lemonade/shake. Im not a lemon fan at all, but I tried a sip and loved it! Its definitely a light lemon flavor and mostly vanilla ice cream, which is fine with me! We all had a delightful evening and I know theyll continue to return every Monday just as they have for the past decade.

I ask myself "Why pay so much for a chicken sandwich from Chick Fil A when I can get it from McDonalds or Wendys?"....the answer is easy, service....if you are feeling upset, go through a Chick Fil A drive thru....if you are feeling sad....go through a Chick Fil A drive thru....if you have gotten hurt in a car accident....call 911...then go through a Chick Fil A drive thru...when I finish getting my food from the drive thru window...I am so blessed by the politeness of the staff, that I often bless those behind me with a pay it forward contribution to their meal.

Were here every Wednesday. The food is always good the associates are always fast and friendly. I wish they had time to monitor the play ground area more often the tables are usually dirty and trash on the ground. I think the playground could use a good pressure washing, tables and all. Most of the time there are children outside with no adult and the kids are climbing all over the equipment, which can be for frustrating because my granddaughter, 6 wants to copy them and gets in trouble for it

No one had any clue what was going on. Got home my food was not all there. I went back up to get what was missing and was not able to because they were done with breakfast. So much for customer service of any kind. I was not offered a refund or anything i was told i could come back at breakfast another day. I will not be back for them to mess up my order again.

Worst experience ever 30 min wait from time into the building to complaining still dont have my food. Running late for appointment hangry and to top it off the order was wrong. They offered two gift cards i didnt take them cause i was that pissed off. Wont be back to a place i ride by at least 8 times a day, zero stars total fail

I love chick-fil-a! However, as with the Gwinnett Medical location, the food here is variable- I frequently receive over-cooked chicken (I get nuggets or the classic sandwich). Its still good, just darker and crunchy, sometimes dry. The best location I have experienced has been Hamilton Mill! Gotta love their lemonade!

Manager was nice and understanding.Smiley and welcoming staff.Food both fried and grilled to perfection.Lemonade refreshing on this hot day.Was brought my food,grilled chicken sandwich, and enjoyed its juicy meat and honey roasted tast(Deeply recommend both food and place)..... This place is beyond AWESOME!! The staff is amazing...and I no longer go to any other fast food place for breakfast. The better quality of food great, but excellent customer service is what brings me back this Chick-fil-a location....even when I dont make any plans to drive their direction.

Ive never caught employees here being rude or short. Always the most polite. Its fast food, but they have a good southwest salad. The lime avocado ranch dressing is a good compliment to this salad. Outdoor playground! Its clean inside and out and is always busy.

This is the third time that Ive gone there in the morning and they were super slow! (I didnt go through the drive-thru, I walked in.) I dont know if they are short of staff or what but it shouldnt take me 15 mins to get a plain biscuit and hash browns!

I ordered the Chicken Soup and they do not even have a spoon or spork in my bag.I reached my work and I cannot even enjoy my soup because of some who was not paying attention. I call them to let them know what happened no one answers. Disappointed!!

Manager seems completely clueless. Sat in line for 15 minutes on 11/28. Ordered at 1031. Told breakfast was over. Manager had some lame excuse about biscuit maker broken. I will just be one less customer.
