We ordered two drinks in the drive thru and had to correct them on one drink. Then we got to the window and they gave us one drink but not our second one. Once they came back to the window they asked what was wrong and we said we were waiting on the second drink. So the lady remade the first drink and gave it to us but we order a different drink. From there they tried to charge us for the second drink we originally ordered because they didnt ring us up properly. Why should we be charged for your mistake??

They used to be a good place to go but the last 6 times I went since thanksgiving the wait is forever long but more so my drink is wrong every time if it dont taste right the size is wrong like yesterday I got a peppermint frapp. It tasted like just sweet milk really and when I called them they pick up the phone and act as they cant hear you and hang up they need some major training in this store on how to do the drinks but also on their service

Staff was nice here- and I liked the amount of outdoor seating (especially the outdoor couch thing, which I havent seen anywhere else). Theres a limited amount of indoor seating, but they do have two cozy armchairs in the corner. The store was a bit unkempt- trash piling up at the condiments/sugar counter, paper towels on the floor in the restroom- and yet the store wasnt so busy when I visited (10:15am on a weekday).

Our order was taking longer than usual due to high traffic volume. I said something to my friend about it and the person beside us (without a word) walked behind the counter and proceeded to fill orders. She was clearly finished with her shift but it really sped up the line. Thanks for the outstanding customer service! Bravo!

Ordered 2 Carmel Frappuccino and instead of coming out frosty they came out like water!!!! The place is getting worse every visit. Think its time to find a different place. 07/30/2017 My favorite place. Joy makes my drinks Great! Not one compliant. Give them a try and get joy to make your drink you will love it

Worse Starbucks I have ever been in. The place is dirty and completely disorganized. In addition, with just three people in front of us, it took nearly 23 minutes to get through the line and get our order. Guess the reason they stay in business is because they are in a high volume traffic area.

Getting there from the highway can be a pain if there is a lot of traffic, but I cant fault them for that. The store is usually clean. Ive never waited any longer than at any other Starbucks for my drink. The Baristas consistently make my drink properly (which cannot be said of all Starbucks).

My mom is actually writing this review because this is her Starbucks. She works in Commerce and picks a mocha up there 3-5 times a week. The staff, which changes frequently, is always great, even the trainees. Shes been to a number of other Starbucks but thinks this is the absolute best!!!

Okay...so, heres the truth about this Starbucks. Every time I go there, without fail, the drink they prepare is the BEST. I travel often and usually have to make a pit stop in Commerce. I cant NOT stop because their drinks are just so much better than some of the other stores Ive been to.

It was slammed busy when we got there at 8pm. Garbage cans overflowing, bathroom needed attention, low on cup sleeves, line out the door, crazy drink orders, but the barista girl and the staff was beyond pleasant and helpful. Good work despite being short staffed

Great Service. I have been driving from Asheville, North Carolina to Atlanta, Georgia for over 10 years and this is certainly the easiest Starbuck to get to along the way and the best cup of coffee between the two points.

Was here on June 29 and Looked like a great place but they dont stick to their hours. They close way earlier than time says on door. Very disappointed. Only come here if you want to walk away without your coffee

Dunkin doughnuts coffee tastes better, cheaper, and better food. I think their food comes in frozen or something deserts are generally dry. Who doesnt add sugar to a frappe? Do I really need to be that specific?

Way too busy and not enough staff. Waited almost 30 minutes for 2 coffee to go. Only 3 staff working with a large crowd. Get more staff. Coffee were as expected, and while harried staff were friendly.
