They do not deserve one star. Served spoiled food, not one item, goat buryani, pepper goat immediately smelled bad on a carry out order. I called to report and immediately they agreed and confirmed I get credit next time. One of my friend had food poisoning for having few bites of pepper goat. Here comes the interesting part. Worst customer service too. They do not want to give credit since it is not the same employee today. So, apparently I have to eat when the other guy is working. I drove 10 miles to get there for spoiled food and they can not keep their word also. SOME DAYS, FOOD MIGHT BE GOOD IF YOU ARE LUCKY OR BEFRIEND ONE OF THE GUYS TO FIND OUT WHICH ITEM IS FRESH BEFORE GOING THERE. HEALTH HAZARD.

Seriously I was dissapointed .... very pathetic Customer service they are not even interested in helping customer. I asked for a regular Chicken Biryani , they told me that they just have Bonless Chicken Biryani so I was hungry I hust got it. They just gave me a Biryani rice and the Chicken Dum pieces which were left. Itwas not a regular Boneless biryani with masala. It was really a bad thing to cheat your customer . I have been to other Paradise Biryani Pointe they never did so. If you dont have biryani avalable just say it . Never do these cheap tricks !!! I would have guven zero rating if it was possible.

my experience here was bad to the core..when we entered the guys working there were giving us a weird look. Cant they even just smile.They didnt come forward for allotting seats or to serve water or to give away the menu cards until we asked for it.this was seriously disrespectful. and the guy with the spectacles,i think he is a student..If he is feeling too low to work in restaurants,why does he have to take the job.All i ask for is jus a smile but they looked at us as though we were asking food for free..pls do improve your hospitality guys...But the food there was okay...

I like the food bt service worst pple there r well known bt they dnt need business, they say they r open bt cant give u food ifu r late . No respect for customers. I m very upset with wht happend today with me .......... before this place was only place i went bcoz of food bt today itwas the worst behavior i got really unbareable. Jst bcoz i came 5mints later thn 10.30 u said ur close . Come on seriously novalue for the pple who come regularly to ur place ......

Poor customer service. The restaurant says that they open at 11:00, I arrived at 11:15 and they were not open. They finally opened at 11:30. I got a box to take the buffet to go and then was told it would take 20 more minutes until the naan bread would be ready. The food is okay, but there is much better Indian restaurants in the area to choose from. I came here with the expectation it would be quick, this was anything but quick.

I went here a month ago and they served Chicken pieces in Vegetable Biryani. My friend is a Vegetarian and it made him disgusting. They just said Sorry and was not ready even to remove the Vegetable(with Chicken) Biryani from the Check. After 20 minutes of struggle, manager removed it and did not even bother to say a SORRY for all the trouble that they caused. Please avoid this place.

Almost 6 months back, I visited this restaurant and they served expired food after that I stopped visiting this restaurant. We have given a complaint to manager, he did not even say SORRY for this. After 6 months, I visited this restaurant yesterday, there is no words to explain, biryani was horrible, tasteless. Being an Indian, I hate this restaurant quality and taste.

I asked for a Chicken Biryani , they told me that they just have Bone less Chicken Biryani and they said they made it one week back. I dont understand how the business is running there with such a staff sitting there. I strongly suggest customers to avoid it.

This was the first time i ordered knowing about Paradise Biryani. I did like the appetizers but Chicken Biryani was prepared in such a way that oil was cooked in Biryani and he charged me $14 but i realized that after driving back home which is ridicules . Finally i prefer the Paradise Biryani Pointe @ Alpharetta. Thank you for such a tasty food..

Worst customer service!! Rushed to restaurent on a rainy day driving 40 miles and reached at 9:15 pm (closes 10pm) they stoped taking orders even we requested twise we a really hungry when restaurent has no customers at all. Management should keep eye on timings what posted on website and what service the employer are following.

Horrible Food. Not at all good Biryani...And it was just 1 when we went in for buffet...restaurant closes at 2....but by 1 food was already getting over and they did not refill the buffet..and the biryani wasnt even good....And they did not even give discount even though the food is over....Horrible place Very bad management.

Awesome food great taste,feels very fresh.All types of Biryani are great and then tandoori as well. Great service very quick delivery once the order is placed. We prefer this more often than any other restaurants around. Since they have increased area its really been nice outdoor sitting too.

I had bad experience and do not recommend. I just went to have good quality biryani as they named after Paradise. Truely it is not even close to that and advertised as best biryani in US, quite funny. you can say best in that Avenue place.

Everyone I know who is eaten here either loves or hates this place. I am a fan. I like the lunch special they offer. Large servings of food for a reasonable price. Join the rewards program if you frequently here - its worth it!

The samosas were fantastic but the wait time was so long and there was only one other couple there. I couldnt believe how long we waited for an appetizer. Cant imagine ordering an entre. The staff is really unfriendly.

The worst Goat Briyani i never had. We bought 2 family packs today and Chiken is ok ok but the goat is really bad i will never go to this place again. Goat i felt like its not real and i dont want to say the things.

Had worst experience. The vegetable biriyani that was served had bug in it. The lady acted as if this is very usual. We cancelled our order and the lady didnt even apologize. Worst place and will not go again.

This place is on pointe for sure! It was a slow for a saturday lunch but the food was delicious and fairly priced. Could have been spicier for biryani but you gotta ask sometimes to make it Indian hot.

This place is always the first one that comes to mind, when I am in the mood for a biryani. One of the best around midtown and is located in the serene Emory campus setting. Highly recommended!
