We come here all the time. No exaggeration, 6 out of ten times that we eat out, its at Agliolios. The food is terrific. The signature dish, the Pastability, gives you so many options you could never come here enough to try them all. Ive settled on a few favorites, Fusili with Pesto Sauce, Cavatelli with Alfredo, Penne with Fra Diavolo. Come here on a budget and eat like a king. For my wife, myself and two kids, we can get our entire bill for $29 before tax and tip. The staff is extremely friendly. Isaac is our favorite waiter. The manager, Nick, always goes out of his way to come and say hello to us and interact with our children. Weve even come on date night for just wine and dessert. The chocolate lasagna is an inspiration from heaven. Real pasta noodles made with cocoa and filled with chocolate mousse and topped with more chocolate. I tell everyone to come check this place out. I make all my co workers jealous when they smell my leftovers for lunch. I can go one, trust me. I cannot say enough good about this restaurant.

We just left this restaurant and I will tell you to run away now the service is atrocious! When we ordered plain meatballs for our child with tomato allergy it was delivered covered in red sauce, when this was brought to our servers attention they simply rinsed the meatball under the faucet. WOW. After finally delivering all our food our server never even came back to see if it was prepared correctly. The kids portions are ridiculously small for the price, the bucatini were not fresh and horribly under cooked, the marinara taste like the Ragu brand, and the chicken Marsala we are bringing home hoping our dogs will eat this. It was obvious why we were only one of two tables at 5:45 dinner time and besides the local happy hour drunks 5 ft away from our dinner table gave us the sports bar feeling we were NOT expecting from a supposed fine Italian place. This place is a joke stay away!!!!!

Absolutely LOVE this place! This is our favorite restaurant in Wellington. The food is fantastic - everything is homemade to order - no processed foods and sauces from a jar - they make their own pasta, sauces, dressings, desserts - oh my, I am getting hungry for it already - luckily we have dinner plans with friends to go there tonight before the show. I really love that you pick your own pasta, sauce and then ALL vegetables you want to add are at no extra cost - awesome choice of veggies too: broccoli, spinach, mushroom, artichoke, the list goes on. You must try the bruschetta (warm), it is "to die for". Whenever we have guests in town, THIS is the place we take them - no one has ever been disappointed. The servers/waitresses are always attentive and engaging, and the manager is great too - he always makes a point of coming around to talk to you. HIGHLY RECOMMEND eating here.

LOVE Agliolio. I come here once a month, maybe even more. Fantastic scratch Italian food, huge portions, very well priced. The pasta always comes out perfectly al dente, sauces and dressings are all made in house. Great for date night, or when you have family and friends visiting from out of town. Service is excellent, the manager always makes his rounds to check on guests. Yes, there is almost always a wait at dinner time, especially during horse season. But it is well worth it, and it is to be expected at an establishment as good as this. You really have to take some of these reviews with a grain of salt. Some people truly believe they should get 5 star food, and 5 star service, with no wait, and it should cost pennies... Do yourself a favor, eat here. Youll love it. And youll see how awesome the food, the service, and the price is! You wont be disappointed!

We have found our new favorite place!!!! Awesome food, GREAT value for the money, and super-nice people make this Italian restaurant superb. Our friends have been telling us about this place, so we thought we would give it a try. My husband had fun with their "extensive, hand selected" wine list (his words-- think he liked it?) and I had a few bar drinks that were tasty and very fairly priced. After a very refreshing salad and delicious garlic bread, we were almost full but then dinner camea nd it was incredible! My chicken was so tender I didnt need a knife and the pasta was amazing. We were stuffed and had already boxed up most of our meals to take home but then the waiter told us about chocolate lasagna that the restaurant makes and we were hooked... WOW!!! Totally worth the calories AND the full stomach! YUM cant wait to go back :-)

Agliolio is by far the best Italian restaurant in the area! I have been eating here for years, and Ive never had a dish that wasnt delicious. The pasta is homemade and fresh, and everything is cooked to order. Its also very affordable, which is surprising because its just so nice. My husband and I eat lunch here all the time and the waitress knows us by name and order. The place is family owned and you always see one of the family members there when you dine. Also, most of the management staff has been there since it opened, which is always good to see. If you are eating during season, be sure to get there early because this place is always packed (but well worth waiting for a table!) Its nice enough to go on a date, but you can definitely bring the kids and find something for everyone.

Outstanding. Our favorite restaurant in the Wellington area. Pasta tastes fresh as opposed to boxed, and wide variety of sauce selections help to customize what ever flavor Im seeking on a given night. Perhaps they could offer more choices of wine by the glass. Not a big negative at all though. Deserts are amazing. Nick, the son in law of the owners is everywhere-greeting guests, checking on customers, and even trying to remember his customers names, which he uses often. Cant miss him-plain clothed, tall and full of energy. The wife and I enjoy our visits. They have a kids menu too...never a given.

Very good Italian food. Love the mix and match youre own pasta combo thing. Everything was very fresh and prepared perfectly. Wait for a table was not to bad considering we were there at 7:30 on a Saturday night. Service was good other than being very slow. Ill give them a pass on that as they were obviously full to capacity, were making a good effort and the food was worth the wait. Will definitely go again soon, but will try to catch them when they are not quite so busy.

We had a terrible experience. Ordered the shrimp scampi with linguine and pesto sauce. Got 4 small shrimp and the pesto tasted like it came from a jar. One of the restaurants "regulars" had drank way too much wine and was obnoxious to everyone around him. Other tables complained as did we and the manager only apologized but never asked the rowdy patron to tone it down. Would never go back there for dinner especially with so many other Italian restaurant choices. Not recommended.
