Awesome Chinese (Sichuan or Szechuan) food! Anyone that is used to Americanized cantonese might be in for a shock, but if you are willing to try real, authentic food... Fushia is wonderful! Sharon (Owner) is very friendly and sweet, as is the rest of the staff! I noted one person states it is not real Chinese food, lol... well, his profile shows 1 star for most of his reviews except for a Chinese place I refuse to eat at (and I LOVE good Chinese food!) So I wouldnt take that too seriously! Most of the clientele are actually Chinese... so that says a lot right there! Try the Chonging Lazi Chicken... better than any popcorn chicken you have ever had. Try the Spicy Wonton Soup (wontons in Chili Oil)... WOW! The Cumin Lamb is wonderful! Any of the Sichuan dishes are awesome! They also have some Cantonese (Americanized), Thai, Japanese, etc... I dont care for. But then their specialty is the Sichuan! Happy Eating!

Spent $14 and will never go back. I met my friends here on a night that they were doing an event where there were serving tables different things off the menu. No one asked if I wanted anything to drink. Finally after 10 minutes I asked one of the waitresses for a drink. She said she will get it. 15 min later no drink. Mind you some of the dishes we were trying were very spicy. Finally I got up and spoke to a woman i believed was the and asked her if I could get a drink because I was waiting for awhile. She apologized and asked me what i would like. I asked for a coke and she said they were out. I asked for a water and She said she will have some one bring it to my table. Finally I got my drink n then another waitress came out with a pitcher asking if anyone needed a refill of coke. I was soooo done after that. No communication on the workers end and bad service. The food was not good either. I will never go back.

When we walked in, we saw that most of the customers were Asian people, and many tables were full on a Tuesday night: both good signs. This restaurant is similar to Tao Asian Fusion on Fletcher. Both have dishes involving cumin, both have lamb on the menu. Tao Asian Fusion says their cuisine is Beijing style. Fushia says their cuisine is Szechuan style. Both are very good. Slightly different, but very good. Fushia may have a small edge. Weve gone to Fushia only once, so that remains to be determined. We had excellent service. We ate a mild dish with fish and mustard greens, and a spicy dish of beef with cumin. We asked for the latter to be medium spicy (because we know this dish can be fiery), and thats what we got: medium spicy. The staff listens. Both dishes were excellent and plentiful. We took home about half, because we couldnt finish them. Well certainly go back. So far, were impressed.

Their buffet hotpot/shabu-shabu is a delight! Staff are so nice and informative. You cook your own food and its wonderful to explore different takes on the broth. If you would like to binge on seafood and thinly sliced meats, this is the one! 5 stars if they can improve on these: 1. Simple instructions on with their sauce combinations. 2. Better placement of ingredients in their chill/freezers. I dont think its food safe to have the veggies in the same place as raw meats/seafood. 3. Bigger pots! For $25 and half price for kids, a mini pot will not work. 4. The area going to the restrooms - broken soda machines and equipment are cluttered around...

Very good food here. The food was prepared consistently well, the chef showed a certain discipline as everything looked like it was cooked to order (even the small bowl of wonton I had) and cooked with a high attention to detail. The length of this menu puts the Cheesecake Factory to shame and they basically cook anything thats Chinese (and then some, as we noticed there were some Korean items on the list, for good measure)...so be prepared to have a lot of options. They have the basics, and then they have some stuff you have never heard before. I strongly suggest you go outside of your comfort zone when here.

Authentic true to form Chinese food. Although they do offer better than the rest American/Chinese menu options, it is their Sichuan and other real deal meals that make this place a true diamond. The method, ingredients, and style are unique to the Tampa area as I have never heard of any place offering such a robust menu with authentic Chinese foods. This is four and a half star dining at hole in the wall prices. I almost didnt even want to review because I would prefer this place never get too busy with foodies. Every time I have gone, I was the only non Asian there! Thats a stamp of approval if Ive ever seen it.

When I give this place 5 stars, I dont do so lightly. Between the amazing food and the top-notch service that is provided you will not find a better authentic Szechuan-style restaurant in the Bay Area. Creative loafing has their opinion, but it doesnt compare to this place - I guarantee you that. The salt and pepper tofu is my favorite thing on the menu, and I dont eat tofu anywhere else. I have yet to get something from Fushia and not immediately fall in love. Sharon, the owner, has created one of the best hidden gems in Tampa, you will not be disappointed and will continue to come back again and again.

Just happened to be passing by and noticed that they had hot pot and it had only been open for 2 weeks so decided to stop in and try it and it was simply awesome. I came with someone who had never before tried hot pot and she was treated very well and the staff and the owner Sharon was so kind and so accommodating. They had a huge amount of different Buffet options that you could choose from and plenty of sauces. The food quality was excellent and very very fresh I will definitely be recommending this to my friends and will definitely come back when I return to Tampa next time.

This place is my absolute favorite restaurant in Tampa. The owner is very friendly and professional, the servers are helpful and explain the more traditional dishes on the menu. Oh, and the menu is very, very broad, from standard "American" fare to the more authentic dishes that Ive never been able to pronounce. The value is also out of this world! The food is amazing, the portions have always been large enough that we can take some home for leftovers (though more often than not theyre so good that I dont want to save any!).

Went there on New Years eve. We had the complementary veggie roll and hot and sour soup both were cold the hot and sour soup was good but tasted more sour than hot. We had steamed dumplings as an appetizer which were good but cold My dinner was good but cold. I had shrimp with mixed vegetable. My wife had the #174 hot pot. Her hot pot was super hot and she burned her mouth! It was listed as pork with vegetable and glass noodles, but it came with a massive amount of tofu! A very misleading description of the item.

We came for fathers day looking for the real deal Chinese food coming from DC area its hard to find here and it reminded me of being at my friends house while her mom is cooking in the kitchen. The food was authentic non commercial not full of corn starch and bland and it was so so so good! I had the pork chili pot and we got the red chili wontons so good! The staff was super attentive and friendly too. This is a rare gem for Tampa for sure!
