Totally enjoyed my first visit to Lime Leaf in Hendersonville. The venue was about everything I would like to see in a restaurant. A small tastefully decorated bistro feel downstairs, while the second floor featured balcony seating, a lounge area with comfortable couches overlooking Main St. and a nice bar plus a separate room for small private parties of 20 or less. No blaring TVs, no blasting music, a great place for conversation with friends or someone special. While I am no expert the, wine list looked quite nice and I enjoyed a glass of Hess Chardonnay. The service was excellent and prompt. The food was yummy although it could have been a little spicier for my taste. Next time Ill request a little more heat. It seems rare to find a restaurant of this quality and ambience at such reasonable prices.

Went in for lunch with my mom a few weeks ago. Thai is usually a sure bet for us (Im vegan, my mom is deathly allergic to fish), but there is NOTHING vegetarian here. Even the spring rolls have fish sauce in them!? I asked for pad thai with no egg and no fish sauce, usually a surefire choice, and the chef refused to cook it for me, saying it would be too bland. So instead I got noodles with two drops of soy sauce and some sad carrots. A shock, to say the least, and definitely not somewhere Ill be eating again. There are plenty of other Thai restaurants who know how to flavor dishes with something other than fish sauce!

I treated myself to the green curry with pork and jasmine rice, delicious! The ingredients were fresh and the dish had just the right amount of spicy heat for me. I ordered level three. I am still enjoy a nice tingle in my mouth the day after. They had a nice glass of wine special during my visit. The decor is very nicely done and very calming. My service was very polite and there when I expected it. A must have is their peanut butter pie, just the right amount and presented beautifully. It was well worth the price. My only complaint is that the coffee could have been just a little more robust.

I never knew it was possible to make Thai food bland and flavorless. My girlfriend and I both ordered different fish dishes that were on special, and requested extra spice. When the food was not spicy at all, the waiter, brought a plate of hot sauces, included red pepper, which he dimwittedly called "the stuff they have on the table at Pizza Hut". It was hard to tell if he was trying to be "cute" or if he was just a moron.

Terrible service. Rude waitress. If you are a person of color, stay away. The waitress shouted at me, pointed her fingers in my face and treated my guest and I as if we were her subordinates. To avoid any further scene, we graciously walked out and phoned to speak with the manager. The same waitress answered the phone and refused to let us speak to him.

Took a while for someone to notice is to get seated. The food came out quickly. I got the pesto stir fry and it was okay. My boyfriend got one of the daily specials. There were only 3 process of shrimp and the noodles were gritty with spices. It was very unapatizing. Probably wouldnt return even if I was in the area.

Food was amazing! Me and my husband had just moved to town and have been looking for a good Thai resturant! I am a huge fan of Thai and I had a tried a couple in the area but had walked away disappointed. This resturant went above and beyond my expectations! I will be back!

We stopped in for lunch and were excited about the low prices, but we felt that the amount of food was not satisfactory, the service was bad, the staff was rude, and the presentation of food was lacking. Would not wish this restaurant upon anyone.

We ordered 8 different entrees and all were very good. The lamb chops were 5 Star, our server was outstanding. Only give 5 stars for amazing experiences that are way beyond the ordinary, thus the reason for 4 stars. Really good Thai food!
