We are local regulars who "used" to go to Cancuns all the time until last night. Since prices and specials change so much, YOU MUST ASK HOW MUCH DRINKS ARE! Bartender did not tell us that the drinks they were serving our group were not two for one (sign outside say 2 for 1 margaritas) and THAT THESE DRINKS ARE $14.00 EACH! ($14.00 for ONE DRINK!). Regulars are treated like crap, most of the waitresses (not Kelly) seem angry at the world for some reason or just dont like working there maybe. Anyway the bartender did not get a tip from us because Cancuns ripped us off, and I usually always tip very well. Just 4 drinks was $51.96 before tax! Also was billed for a margarita we did not get. Will be contacting Visa. Tried to have a good time and left rather upset that I was treated that way. I am a regular and I constantly brought new people to spend money there.

well my husband and I went thier last night and well not return. first of all it was very loud. second of all we ordered drinks which the bartenter coulnt get right twise. then there was two large men standing at the end of the bar tell us we can seat or stand here it for " thier People" excuse me" we said we are just going to have a drink and leave. well you cant stand here its for our peoples he says again louder. now the Manager Fernando gets into the conversation and says quite down... we tell him what these guys are saying and he says Yes hes right they are Regulars and they have Peoples you have to move!!! wow your regulars own the corner of the bar!!! Ganster wanta bees!!! not a good place to have a quick drink if you ask me... we are in our 50 plus and these guys were much younger and acting like babys.. what ever cancuns( racoons)

O went with a friend on Friday night. Found 1 empty table inside as soon as we walked in. The security guard noticed we were sitting for awhile and brought it to a waitress attention. She came over with salsa and chips and said that she would not be serving us but our waitress is backed up and would be over shortly. After 15 minutes and 2 more of our guests arriving she came back over and apologized and said she would be taking our order because the other waitress was so busy. Food came out hot and fresh although we waited a while but the fiesta music was lively but too loud.

This restaurant provides some of the worst service Ive ever had. I was stupid enough to go twice and both times had terrible experiences. The food tastes awful, the queso has the consistency of play dough, and the "Texas loaded fries" that I had wouldnt have been appreciated by a homeless person. This place sucks dont waste your time or money. EDIT: Victoria Carranza left a five star review of Cancuns and he works there. The other five star reviews that were listed at the time of me writing this were left by users that have a single review so I also find those fishy.

Las meseras están horribles el cocinero salió fue al baño y cuando entro a cocinar se miro que no usa guantes para preparar la comida y las enchiladas que pedí eran recién salidas del microondas necesitan mejorar la actitud de las meseras y más limpieza y que cocinen de verdad

Terrible. Me and my buddy go to West 10 pool all day, just hanging out drinking. A girl who works at cancuns comes up and says $5 girls $10 guys all you can drink wrist bands. We both buy bands. Later, we go to cancuns.... Its not all you can drink. The girl said we where also getting a deal because its $20 at the door... bullshit. Basically it pissed us off because we went for free drinks and a discount, both facts told by the employee were false, and we ended up waisting more of our money there on bad service and expensive drinks

Overall, my experience at Cancuns has been delightful! When its not scorching hot outside, its nice to sit on the deck and have a few drinks with the ladies! The food is cheap and tastest great! The only two disappointments would have to be the parking and, not all the servers, but a couple, should make sure to keep a better eye on their guests/customers. Other than that, I ABSOLUTELY love going out to Cancuns, especially on Thurday for those $.99 Tequila shots and $2.99 Quesadillas!!! UM, TASTEY!!!!

Food: Imagine taco bell, but better.... Atmosphere: You wont be able to hear yourself complain. Drinks: 1. Beer tower w/ friends is great 2. 2-4-1 is really 2-4-2. Service: I dont blame waitresses for long food times. I dont blame bartenders for long drink times......but when I wait 20 min for a coke or water....NOT OKAY Overall: This place is overrated

Cancuns is one of the worst places Ive ever went to eat. It is dirty and it looks like the kind of place a reality show would attempt to rehash into a respectable establishment. The only reason Ive ever heard that people choose to go here is because they will serve underage people alcohol consistently. This place is a dump do not waste your time.

Its fun, been there a couple of times but I dont recommend going there on a weekday. Took an hour for the food to come out and it came out cold. Waitress was not paying any attention to what she had to do. When it was finally time to pay they included the gratuity in the price so you were unable to tip them low for their shitty service.

Besides the slow service and crowded area with only stools to sit...its a nice/different place to have mexican food. I like the cancun burger and cute girls...but new manager and chefs...food and service went down the drain...good luck..you may have to ask for your chips and salsa..i didnt get mine

Had my credit card information stolen here in November after the waitress caught an attitude with a few people at my table. Food is okay, and the drinks have been made a little stronger. Some days its a good experience, some days its ehh.

Weak Margs, Semi-okay Tacos. The saddest part is that I asked 5 times for some chips and salsa and never got it. I waited well over an hour and then finally gave up and left without chips. All I wanted was chips....

My kids couldnt come in after 10 pm to be served food, which was ok, but they were rude and "bouncer" threatened my kids.
