Bueno sinceramente,no puedo tomarme un café tranquilo,porque en el parking lote no puedes dejar tu carro,hay alguien vigilandote,y cuando entras algún Shop te llaman la grúa, esto es en combinación con la misma compañía RK,supuestamente,es para las personas que dejan su carro,y cruzan a la playa o otro lugar,pero ya han excedido los limites,claro,todo es dinero,y no tienes otra opción que pagar aunque le demuestres que estabas en el Shop center,se están llevando los carros de los clientes,y no les importa en lo más minimo,lo de ellos es cobrar cash,están lavando dinero,la policia no puede hacer nada,porque es propiedad privada,si usted piensa ir a este lugar,mejor elija otro,porque en el menor descuido,le van a remolcar su carro,y si le ha sucedido esto busque un abogado.

I give it 2 out of 5. Ordered two drinks (for my wife and me) both Americano drinks were made well. Negative: 1. Slow internet, connection brakes and should be reconnected multiple times 2. Not clean. Floor, tables, dirty windows, front door. Come on, glass cleaner and paper towel are not that expensive 3. Barista attitude towards customers should be better. I paid for two drinks, first drink comes in couple of minutes. Im waiting for the second drink, waiting, waiting. People who were after me in line got their drinks already. I asked young man about my second americano and he said: I gave it to you already. That wasnt true. My wife was sitting on the bar stool watching him doing all drinks. I didnt see him doing second americano either. Im waiting, he is doing all other drinks but mine. Im asking for the second time, same reply, I gave you two cups! WTF? I said, no you didnt. His reply: prob. somebody took it! No sorry, nothing in the reply. And I know that nobody TOOK IT, I was there waiting 10 minutes watching every single cup. He made 2nd drink. Drink was good, but customer service sucks. Dont recommend this location. My visit was on Jan 1. 2015 around 11 A.M.

Very rude staff! I came with my dog and I was 9 months pregnant! They told me to pick up my dog so I asked If they could help me carry my order outside since I had no more hands! They were not friendly about it and made it clear it was not their job and I should contact higher power if I wanted to complain! VERY RUDE AND NONE OF THEM SHOULD WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I went there and asked what holidays drinks were vegan and the employee at the register just looked at me like I was dumb she was very unhelpful and didnt know anything about the products they use at all. She responded by telling me she "thinks" its vegan. I will never be coming back. Get it together, let your employees be more well known about vegan options.

the guy working tonight on 9/2, was the best service Ive ever had in any Starbucks Ive ever been in. I sadly didnt get his name, but he was the nicest and coolest guy. guaranteed coming back to this exact Starbucks, just for his service again.

very spacious, excellent place to study. wifi is a little over burdened however. Ignore the overly hormonal 9 month pregnant lady. Maybe next time dont bring your dog? Should I complain if they wont do my taxes?

Nice location and lots of seating. Extremely slow wi-fi because of the lot of seating. First Starbucks ever that wanted to charge extra for heating the 2% added to coffee, a free service at every other one around.
