I went here today and ordered an acai bowl. I asked the server if there were nuts in the granola and she said that she would check, and later that she didnt think so (I have a very severe nut allergy). So it came as a surprise when I poured the granola on my bowl, and a giant almond came out. But thats fine, people make mistakes. However, when I went to tell her about it, she refused to refund or make me another bowl, after I didnt even get to eat any of it. She basically said sorry that sucks. I found the experience very, very rude. The service was overall very poor ... My friends drinks were basically all made incorrectly as well. Would not recommend going back, especially when there are plenty of other places to get a late breakfast in SoBe.

Sehr süßes Café mit Terrasse und Selfservice, auch für Takeaway. Guter Kaffee, gutes Gebäck und Sandwiches. Unter 10$ für einen großen Cappuccino und ein Stück Bananenkuchen. Und die Toilette war sehr angenehm. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Very worst coffee and service ever! It was at night a blonde girl and a blonde guy was doing the service at that time. Instead of giving attention to the customer they keep on talking to each other. It took 25mins before they handed me my coffee. But thats not it!! The iced mocha that usually i order is just coffee and milk no taste at all. Just threw it away in the garbage. And the barista doesnt know the difference between a frappucino and cappucino. What a disappointment!

The best coffee in FL . No doubt. I have been all over trying to get a European good quality high level coffee, Finally I found a place who offers you an aromatic high stream capuchino , latte and espresso at the highest level!!! The home made pastries are well done , fresh and remind you the flavor of Firenze Italy .. Service is quick , you place an order and go to your table, full submission by the employees makes me go back there every time Im in town, Really recommended.

I went to this place because it had so many good reviews. So, when I got there, I was a little disappointed, it looked like the people behind counter were distracted, they offered no smiles, I had to repeat my order, they made eggs different than what I expected and then they forgot to give my pastry, so I had to remind them. Nevertheless, the coffee and croissant were good. Definitely not 5 stars.

Horrible service, the guy is super slow they were chatting in the kitchen with another guy, I wait for a sandwich for more than 40min the sandwich was made already just need to worm up. The only positive about this place was the girl I think she is Venezuela great customer service. Price are high in the sky, $23 for a sandwich medium coffee and a bottle of water by the way coffee is really good.

Went there for breakfast. Were passing by this place and noticed its lovely european style interior. Lemon cake and coffee were great, but unfortunately the service didnt follow... You have to order and pay at the counter... So being asked for a tip before even you get served... Seriously guys? And 3.30 for a coffee without a refill is a little pricy too...

such good coffee and good service! not too far from the beach, so its nice to get coffee and enjoy it with the view. my sister and I both got the mocha, and it was wonderful! we didnt try any of the food, but it smelled wonderful. tables were set up outside with fresh flowers. all in all, a very nice coffee shop.

It had quite some beautiful cakes on display and it was very well decorated. The coffee to be fully honest did not convince me. It had an overly sweet aftertaste and was quite watered down. Felt like an afterthought of a cafe Domingo medium roast.

Since most of these reviews are fake I figured Id actually post something real. Had a cup of cappuccino here today and it was very good! Aside from the fact that it was five bucks, but its south beach, what do you expect. Good coffee.

I LOVE THIS PLACE !! Finally there is a cafe that serves quality coffee as well as great delicious sandwiches... The service is AAA and the food is always fresh not to mention Simonas beautiful smile. Keep up the good work !

I am giving 3 stars only for the food. 2 omelettes, 1 large iced coffee for 23$. But service was terrible. I didnt hear thank you or something similar. If you dont like to work in customer service just dont do it. Done

Ran to store to make it in time and just entered the shop 15 minutes before closing time, barista said machine was closed! Disappointed, either update working hours to 7:45 pm or dont turn off the machine

Excellent coffee and baked goods. I went twice in my short time in Miami. The price is comparable to Starbucks but it tastes much better. Service was friendly and atmosphere was chill.
