The food taste good, my favorite item on the menu is the chipotle steak sandwich. Unfortunately I will no longer have this sandwich because I am no longer eating at this location. I had an issue with the delivery driver Joan. His reckless driving cost me a few hundred in damages. When I tried working directly with him it turned out he is dishonest, mischievous, and completely avoided taking responsibilities for his actions. The owner of the restaurant appears to be misleading as well. He offered to work with me to rectify the situation and asked that I give him additional time. I agreed, however doing so caused me to miss the statute of limitations to file a report to take legal action. I was unable to recover the damages because the driver avoided taking responsibility for his actions, the owner did not live up to his agreement, and I missed my time to file a report believing this was going to be settled peacefully. Although I enjoy the chipotle steak sandwich I cannot condone supporting an establishment that has put a repeat customer in such a predicament. All I can do at this point is share my story as a warning to others. - Edit 8-23-16: I chose my words carefully to be brief, honest, and direct. I find your final choice of words in your private Yelp message to me curious. “Where Im from we dont fight fire with gasoline. Good luck with your freshly painted car I see in the parking lot on my way to work everyday.” Thank you for noticing my freshly painted car; I had it done after repairing the damage from your driver. Now that I am sharing your comment publicly, I think it’s in your best interest that while you enjoy the view of my car during your commute every day that not even a bird decides to defecate on it.

Finally broke down and tried this little coffee shop & deli while I was driving through downtown Hollywood, FL. Looks quite small from the outside but once you walk in its like the Tardis on Dr. Who, MUCH bigger on the inside!! (I think Im funny!!). They had a vast selection of pastas and sauces on one wall and all kinds of other international gourmet imports on the other. I was drawn to the dessert collection at first, they mentioned that their rugala was popular so I ordered one and tried out the fiesta salad. OMG, the salad was full of flavor, fresh, and large for the price I paid. Its nice to surprised in a positive way, thats so rare for me now!! Ended up wrapping up my meal at their little 2 top red metal tables in air conditioned happiness. I then tasted the rugala and knew I had tasted a piece of heaven. I would come here again to just try more of the desserts. Some are made locally and some are shipped down from Brooklyn and Queens, NY. Cant wait to try this place again and bring my husband with me :)

Love dropping by here when I am in town on business..... It feels like a family here with Eddie and Devon working the main counter and the main tall silver haired guy working the food usually (I dont know his name.... but thick NJ accent....). They have more seating over the past year to accommodate more customers and have added wines and local craft beers from well respected establishments like Funky Buddha brewery. Their sandwiches are always on point and salads are fresh and hand made in front of you. I almost forgot to mention the coffee, especially the espressos which I love dearly. Helps me to function and get some work done on my laptop when I have a deadline coming up. Looking for a great little local coffee shop and deli in downtown Hollywood, FL? This is your place, I highly recommend!!

Was trying to find a relaxing place downtown in Hollywood to have a little coffee and connect to wifi while browsing Pinterest on my iPad. Ran into this little find and was happy I found it. Ordered a Frappuccino for $4.50 and it was surprisingly better than what I am used to at Starbucks!! If I was staying in town longer I would try some of their breakfast and lunch specials. The selections looked good (Custom salads with 30 different toppings from $3 - $12, nice) BUT I already had grabbed some food from a block over before I got here. I am always a fan of supporting local businesses and was glad I stopped by here and they were kind to me. I wish I more room in my tummy to try more than just the coffee here :(

Found this place on Yelp and I am glad I took an uber all the way from my hotel to here for a nice late lunch. First of all, the owner of this place is legit and mad cool, originally from Jersey. He is very friendly and knows his food quite well and really cares about serving what people deserve and that is good quality food for a reasonable price. His deli sandwiches are amazing, all his ingredients he uses are local and very fresh. The coffee he uses is also fresh and he gets it weekly. He has a good selection of gourmet soda, some as far as Brooklyn. All in all, a wonderful establishment and worth checking out!

One of the best hidden restaurants in Hollywood. The best bang for your buck and hands down the best salad bar in South Florida. Eddie always uses the freshest ingredients and provides only top knotch service. If you love sweets, they use family recipes for their desserts and offer the best Baklava and Rugelach Ive been had. The coffee is also a must when visiting, none of that Mainstream BS youre used to. A must try for sure and I guarentee youll be a repeat customer!

This place is a staple for me most mornings! I work a couple of blocks away, and come in here for my breakfast, and coffee, as much as possible. The staff are awesome, and the food is top notch. They have a lot of wines, pastas, and Italian fare, as well as a full service deli. I had the Colby Jack, and bacon omelette with avocado this morning, and OMG!!! I sincerely love you parrot. Its a blessing to have this place right down the street from me here on Tyler!! ;)

The most efficient, cleanest and respectable lunch eatery I go to just about every day. The owners are bright, creative and have an excellent variety of foods and great prices. I recommend this place to everyone. A great fresh juice variety and I never , ever get tired of the food. Dont miss out on this great deli and great people who own and run this establishment. Awesome prices for awesome food..

I have been a local business owner here in Downtown Hollywood for 5 years. I have eaten in every reatruant. There are some good and some bad but Parrot is the best for 2 main reasons. The food is always on point and the customer service is superb. I will not vist a business of the customer service sucks; no matter how good the food is. Awesome hot pastrami.

This shop is very nice. For some reason the fat lady Lisa that looks like Jabba The Hutt ran me off when I called her out on the Cisco coffee they are trying to pass off as gourmet. The coffee at 711 is better. And the lady farted while spitting in my face. Totally weird experience. I expect more from Downtown Hollywood.
