The service that my mom and I encountered today was rude. There were two girls working at the time, one named "Shayna" and the other didnt have a name tag. We didnt have a problem with Shayna, she was nice and helpful, although when she called the other girl to help her, the other one didnt seem very nice or thrilled whatsoever about doing her job that she gets paid to do. Our visit to Subway today wasnt very pleasant. The rude girl had burgundy/auburn hair, up in a bun, with glasses on. She was making our sandwiches sloppily, and throwing the food back into the cases, and was communicating with a rude tone. I would not want to have my sandwich made by her again. We visited at 6:30 pm on August 19th.

My wife and I love subway. This location has consistently provided horrible service. We use the app to order our food. One in five orders are correct at this location. Far worse than any other location in the area. This most recent time there wasnt any meat on my sub. Missing a veggie I can understand, but the meat? I have even had hair in my food. This is with all different staff members, and different times of day. This place legitimately needs looking into by corporate. The only redeeming aspect is the store SEEMS clean. However, given the attention to detail on orders I cant help but feel that it isnt. Officially never going there again.

Employee in restroom working on his face in mirror. Leaves without washing his hands. I discover no paper towels after I wash my hands. Used my shirt on door knob. I told him they were out of paper towels in mens room. He nodded. I ate sandwich, then went back in restroom to wash hands due to given only one napkin. Guess what? Still no paper towels. Found no one behind counter. I had to reach around to get myself napkins to dry my hands.

If Rose had been in today Im sure I would have given 5 stars as she always takes care of us quickly, with a perfect sand which and a smile. Instead we came in today to two new faces, one in particular (Courtney) that was very unfriendly, had lots of attitude to go with the very messy not wrapped properly sandwiches.
