The location is convenient since its so close to home for me but unfortunately the customer service here is terrible!! I bought a bogo item & was double charged so I went in with my receipt to get my refund. The guy gives me a gift card to the store instead of cash even though it was their mistake and I had a receipt!! He claims this is fraud protection and they dont give cash refunds. Also, he didnt apologize or try to even be polite. I dont usually bother leaving negative reviews but they need to earn customers by treating them properly instead of acting angry theres people inside the store. I wont be going back. Its a much farther drive for me to go shopping at Wal-Mart but thats where Ill go from now on. Its sad but Ive had a better experience at Wal-Mart in the past and had no problem returning items there. Other publix locations are nicer than this one but not worth the drive. Not a pleasure shopping here at all, its stressful.

Came shopping here Christmas eve during the day to get some bread and water. They had some good deals on - I succumbed to the buy one get one free for potato chips and x2 bags of Cape Cod cost me less than $1.50 each. Good service and checkout lines while long, were brisk. Also very clearly marked aisles so we found everything we needed. Lots of parking as well. If there is one thing they can improve on, it is the entrance and exit doors - they were too narrow.

Shopping is always a pleasure as the commercials say. You can ask any employee for help and if they dont know the answer they escort you to someone who can help you. Friendly and helpful people who are ready to go the extra mile. I thank God for them.

Very nice place and very local feeling. The staff are very friendly, especially in the deli area! You can order food from the deli online as well and it allows you to add "directions" on how you want it made, which makes ordering very fast and simple.

I like the friendliness of the staff. I was looking for rice wine and couldnt find it anywhere. One if the staff went out of his way to find it for me. He had to ask several other staff members, but he stayed at it until he found the wine.

Very helpful staff at the Deli, specially with calling ahead.They havent messed my sandwiches for the last one year. The layout of the store is convenient for finding what you need.
