I love Panera Breads food, I really do... which pains me because this location makes it very difficult. Ive been a semi-regular customer, but every time I go, my order gets messed up. Every time. Sometimes small things, like certain components of a sandwich or soup missing... and many times, an entire item is missing or completely wrong. If I didnt love the food, I wouldnt keep coming back and subjecting myself to the horrible service... If they would get their act together, Id be a regular customer. But this has been going on for years. For how much they charge for their food, youd think theyd afford their employees adequate training and supervision... or maybe they just dont care.

The Panera brands idea of a sandwich is a joke, however their name is accurate.......what you are purchasing is bread and if you order a so called "sandwich" you will be buying lots of bread with a tiny sliver of meat as their idea of a "sandwich". While their bread products are satisfactory, the "sandwiches" are an insult to the term. I had not been to one of their establishments in years since my last visit many years ago was disappointing and nothing has changed. I wont return in the future. If you want a real sandwich go to Charlie & Jakes next door or Downtown Produce and see what a real sandwich looks like.

I love Panera Bread! Their food is always fresh and tastes fantastic! On top of the food being great, the staff here are the best! They actually seem happy to be at work! I find so many people that appear miserable at their jobs that it rubs off into their service and makes me not want their food. But here at Panera? I want to stay here and eat the food. The atmosphere is just awesome. Even the dining room staff like their jobs! I cant say enough positive things about this Panera. I havent been to any others, so I cannot compare it, I can only hope they are all comparable to this one.

I was surprisingly disappointed with my rapid pick up order. When I returned to the office, I noticed they had forgotten the soup. I called and there were more than cordial about delivering the soup. I hung up and took a bite of my sandwich and was blown away to discover, there was not a single thing on my sandwich except a slice of tomato and 2 pieces of onions. (not even a hint of meat at all). Seriously, $8 for a meatless steak sandwich. I called right back and they said they would deliver a new sandwich as well. We shall see. I do expect more from an organization such as Panera.

My son and I came here for breakfast, and the food was delicious. He had a ham, egg and cheese sandwich and I had the Asiago Bacon Egg and cheese sandwich. The Asagio sandwich came on a bagel while the other sandwich came on regular sliced bread. I liked the bagel much better - maybe because the Asagio gave it so much flavor, but I think I would have rathered the ham and cheese on a bagel as well. Service was good, everyone was friendly and helpful.

Used to be very good - but they edited their menu and there are no good sandwiches left. Everything is turkey, ham or chicken. They dropped their roast beef, and the newest steak sandwiches have no good toppings. I got both the steak & arugula sandwich + steak and white cheddar panini the last time I was there and they were both very terrible. Also $7 for a grilled cheese....

Ginger and the staff were amazing!!! My husband and I went into Panera and asked for a special steak and eggs breakfast bowl and they surpassed our expectation! They were friendly, professional, and the order came out so fast! We couldnt ask for a better way to start our morning! We will definitely be back!

Its a Panera bread, the foods alright but as always soups come from bags and meals are priced ridiculously. Notheless its not a bad location and the staff is friendly. But trust me, just make a Panini or soup at home and save your money unless youve gotta have Panera

While also a franchise food operation, the food there is of exceptional quality. A cautionary warning about all of the wonderful desserts they have there. Stay away if you are on a diet. If not enjoy. I highly recommend the bear claws.

This is a great location for meeting up. Whether its a business meeting or an old friend, this restaurant is nice, clean, and quick, and the location is easy to get to.

Decent food but they are anti gun. Try not to support businesses that think a gun free zone sign will stop crime. Criminals dont care about laws much less a sign.
