My boyfriend ordered a pizza from Big Apple and was told it would take around 45 minutes. Here we are, an hour and a half later, STILL waiting on our pizza. We called Big Apple back and they told us "we ordered from the wrong location." Okay, well if that was the case, we should have been advised to call a different location when we placed the order, NOT after they took our card info. Also, we were told the reason it was late was because there is more than one street in Port St Lucie with the same name. Well, yes, that does happen, a lot, actually. But logically I would assume that would be why people should LOOK UP the addresses before they leave to deliver the pizza... This is not the first time I have had or heard of issues with THIS Big Apple Pizza. Im not pleased and will NEVER order from them again.

Im 99% sure I was just given an old pizza. The ends of the pizza where the point is , are actually "curling up" like it would if you let the pizza sit around for a day. The pizza was way over cooked. Im pretty sure this was sitting around and it was just re heated and given to me but thats totally a guess based upon taste, texture and way over cooked. Even tastes old and is literally breaking apart as I eat it. I stopped eating after 1 slice and even my co workers dont want this pizza. Pretty sad cause I usually go to the spot on Bayshore and its Awesome everytime. I wont be ever going back to this spot ever!

Worst place ever no joke like I dont think I have ever seen or been to a big apple this bad and I always give them another chance and it never works Im completely done with these stupid kids food is always to slaty or just plain nasty so much for pizza craving and the staff is horrible like grow up your not five this is a place of business I feel bad for the owner but guess there to stupid to if they have not fired this whole staff by now waste of money and time people food is never ready on time or they really never get the right order in for you. Sorry but this is the truth do not waste your money there

I been going to this location for a long time been pretty good till this last time ordered my normal stuff had my old lady pick it up at bring it home. Guess what not what i order called complain guy said bring it back ill fix it. She goes comes back this pizza looks like he pulled the toppings of a premade pizza throughs our toppings on and half a$$ cooks ot cheese barely melted seriously disappointed.

the server was a young kid who tried to charge me and my wife for 2 sodas that we didnt even have. that was the first thing. he dropped of our pizza at the table then left for 10 minutes and for got to give us plates to eat on. the manager was there the whole time watching everything and didnt even come over to the table to apologize. i would not recommend this place to anybody!!!!!!!

Very disappointed they said my pizza will be delivered within 40 minutes I received it an hour and 30 minutes later and I open the box and its totally different from what I ordered dont get me wrong they make good pizzas I just do recommend this specific location and when I called to complain he hang up the phone what kind of business are you running?

8/20/2017 - the slowest service there is. The staff are always arguing with eachother and customers. If you want to go somewhere where you get cold greasy food, someone to treat you like theyre doing you a favor, and argue constantly, then this is the place for you. Never going back.

This place was awful! The food took forever the staff was arguing and they used no gloves touching all the food. The sub was missing ingredients and they would not fix it saying "its all there I personally made it" thanks for the half a mushroom. Dont waste youre money here

Fantastic place for great pizza. If you havent been, then GO!! The owner is committed and cares about quality.. Maybe take a minute and talk to the him and the staff. Great people, cant recommend higher... also just tried their buff chik sub. A must have!!

Literally worst pizza Ive had in a while. Buffalo wings were submerged in an oily mess, way overcooked. $40 for less than dollar menu quality. Not sure how they have any repeat business. There is no way these 5 star reviews are real.

Horrible overall! Staff horrible. Was told order would be ready in 20 mins, I waited for an hour in an empty restaurant for my food. If you want great service and awesome food. Stay away from this hell hole.

The pizza was burned and he rushed to cook it the cheese didnt taste fresh at all. I think hes going out of business but hes also a nice person so I gave a star for that but the pizza was horrible

Great pizza, great knots, my server Sarah was sweeter than pie, but all the staff is great. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Dine in if you enjoy great service in a great atmosphere.
