We asked a local in town what a good place to get pizza was and he recommended that we go here so we went out of our way to but it was quite disappointing. A large standard cheese pizza is not expensive at around $11, but toppings are $1.75 or more so the cost of a pizza can add up quickly. In addition to ordering two pizzas we also ordered a large antipasto salad which for $10 should have been much bigger and have not included tasteless dressing and pieces of old lettuce. Upon asking for silverware and extra plates the owner seemed annoyed which was irritating considering we just gave him $50. The biggest disappointment about this place, though was the pizza. Pizza is my favorite food and I consider myself to be a pizza connoisseur and this is the worst I have ever had in a restaurant. It was nice and crispy and had a decent amount of cheese but there was hardly any sauce on it which made it incredibly dry and unappetizing, even for an extreme pizza lover like me. Upon asking for extra sauce and explaining that the pizza was dry the cashier responded to my request by trying to charge us for sauce that should have been adequately applied to the pizza in the first place. This is the worst pizza and experience I have ever had at a pizzeria and while I do not write reviews often, this hands down wins my worst pizza award and I felt compelled to write a review to at least get some vengeance for the horrible pizza we were served here. If you are in the Vero Beach area and are craving pizza, I highly recommend that you do not even consider eating here and wasting your money unless you want the driest and least appetizing pizza you could possibly taste. I still love pizza, but this place might just ruin it for you if you have the misfortune of eating at this sad excuse for a pizzeria.

I called in an order for pickup, I wont be doing that again. 1. The location google has for the South Location (2507 US1) is actually about 10-15 minutes south of where the "south" location WAS. 2. I called the south location, but when I finally arrived, it was closed. It said "for lease." They havent removed it from google. 3. I call the north location, and they give me terrible directions, and are short with me. She also tells me it will be on the right if Im coming north. 4. It wasnt on the right. 5. I finally find it. I tell the cashier about my journey. the manager/owner overhears, and asks her what the problem is. She tells him. He doesnt even look at me, he just shrugs and goes back to what he was doing. 6. The pizza is way overrated. I ordered an extra cheese, it didnt have extra cheese. It tasted like cheap cheese as well. Of course, it was freezing cold 45 minutes later when I got home, so your mileage may vary. I will stick with DaVincis, which seems to be the best in town,

I don’t write many reviews however after the unbelievable rudeness of the guy and then the manager on the phone last night I had to write something. Ok enough already with the Brooklyn attitude. I called at last night sometime before 8:30 for a delivery and the guy said only pickups. No big deal, however I asked what time they stop taking delivery orders (just for future reference) and the guy said 8:30. Not expecting that answer I said it’s not 8:30 yet and he got mad and hung up on me. I called back and asked for the manager and that requested was denied at first but I was persistent so I was put through to him. I started to mention how rudely I was treated and he starts going off on me. At this point I have to admit I lashed back out at him and he hung up on me. This is not the first time I felt like I was walking on eggshells when I either call or stop in. No wonder there are sooooo many poor reviews for this place. Oh and the food is barely OK so nor real big deal.

We have ordered from this place every week for a year and a half until today. Last time we ordered pizza, they sent the wrong pie. We called them up to tell them because my daughter is real picky about her food. They told us to ask for Joe on our next order and they will take care of it. When mentioned to the rude guy who answered the phone today, he says he doesnt know anything about it and the person mentioned is in the hospital. He refused to assist and asked what we did with the wrong pie. We told him after this order we will not be ordering from them since there are so many pizza places around. He hung on us. We waited an hour for our food and when I called to find out if it was in route I was hung up on and then placed/ left on hold the second time. As a business, when you mess up, you should make it right. You just lost a customer over one pizza. $12 pizza versus $50 weekly order. Bad customer service.

My friend and I stopped in with her toddler child. We were wanting a fun lunch at a local "hole in the wall" type of place not a chain restaurant. It looked perfect. It was our first time at Brooklyn Pizza so we were asking alot of questions. The gal at the counter who was waiting to take our order was extremely rude. Mind you it was NOT busy as we were there at 2 in the afternoon and there were only 2 other customers in the restaurant and they were already eating. In trying to decide what we would like and would be best for the toddler we decided to sit down to look at the menu for a minute before we ordered. The gal at the counter had the nerve to heavy sigh and roll her eyes at us. Completely rude and I said that we wold rather leave than be confronted with this type of service. Needless to say we have no idea how the food was because the help made sure we left before ordering.

Let me first start by saying that I have been overlooking the fact that whomever answers the phone has always been rude but after the conversation that I had with the owner today I felt inclined to write this reveiw. The food is decent HOWEVER the customer service will leave a bad taste in your mouth. This afternoon I had to cancel a business meeting because my lunch order arrived almost 2 hours after Id placed it. When I brought this to the owners attention she claimed that this was just an isolated incident. I then told her that this was in fact the 4th time that my lunch was over an hour late and she basically said that there wasnt anything that she could do about it. That said, I will be taking my business to another local pizzaria .

When I placed my order, man on the phone acted like he couldnt understand me. I have a Philadelphia accent and I have never had someone not able to understand me. However, that didnt bother me too much. What bothered me is the fact there was barely any cheese or sauce on it. It was basically just crispy crust with a few mushrooms and pepperoni slices thrown on. The mushrooms were good but the pepperoni was spicier than we are used to. I did like that the crust was crispy though. Also, we only live 10 minutes from there and by the time I got home with it, it was cold. I guess because of the lack of cheese and sauce, the crust cooled off faster. I love pizza and will not be back.
