This has the potential to be a great resturant. Unfortunately today wasnt up there. First there was no one to greet us when we came in so we ended up standing around until I got irritated and we walked back to the bar to see if there were any waitresses around. The bar vibe was great. Nice crowd for the afternoon and they were all having a good time. We ended up seating ourselves and about 5 minutes later one waitress appeared. The seating was very uncomfortable. I have a bad back and the booths were terrible. We ended up at a table which didnt have the most comfortable seats either. The atmosphere was good. It looked cleaned, had darts, pool table and some random games. The menu was ok not real extensive and the prices were a little higher then expected. The wait for our food was average. The food itself was very good. My son had a burger and he said it was the best hes had in a long time. I got the veggie burger which tasted delicious but fell apart instantly. It had no consistancy. Also it came on toast like a sandwich. When I order a veggie burger I do expect a burger not toasted bread. The fries were on par with McDonalds fries but they were hot and crispy. The onion rings and sweet potato fries were on point though

I really wanted to love this place, but they were clearly not prepared for opening. I went there on a Friday for some drinks, I scoped out their menu on their website before hand so I knew what I wanted. Upon arriving and ordering and thinking everything was fine they came back twice to my table saying they couldnt make my pear martini......so I ordered a specialty drink that I saw on their website, they seemed confused, but walked away with my order.....only to come back and say they arent making any specialty drinks until grand opening. What? Youre open now, why didnt you have a grand opening your first night? We left. Didnt even get one drink I wanted. Too bad.

I actually went in to apply after hearing how great this place was going to be. I should have known better when I heard an application was thrown away on the spot because the lady was too old and not pretty. When I went in, one of the managers (Lisa I believe) was extremely rude and short, almost as if she was offended that I would even attempt to work there. I stayed polite and even went in to dine a couple weeks later. I was completely unimpressed with the menu. It did not live up to those expectations whatsoever. Similar to duffys without the crowd and fun atmosphere. I would never go to this place again

The food was very good, especially for Port Saint Lucie. So, the reason for four stars: the initial survive was slightly slow; they took extra time getting my grand-mother-in-law her burger fixings; and this is a big one, they had lots of craft beer tin tacker sighs but their actual craft beer was pretty limited. This comes with the territory though, if you sell 75% bud, why stock Sierra Nevada? Go for the burger and fish tacos not for the craft tap. They did have one very local craft on tap so kudos for that.

Good Beer, Bad food. I had the Koramen. It was suppose to be Korean Pork on top of ramen, with Kimchee,Julianne carrots,in a savory house sauce. Sounded awesome! But, I got spaghetti, with shredded beef,cabbage,round carrot slices and a house sauce. I didnt even eat it. The drinks were not consistent. First was made with orange juice, Second with grapefruit juice. The waitress was nice. She was like, Im sorry its the cooks. They are in a bad mood. Beer was cold tho!

I have traveled all over the country and fish tacos are one of my favorite dishes so i ordered them from Bar Fusion, literally the best Ive EVER had, the guacamole aioli was prefect the fish was blackened and seasoned beautifully and thats the start, amazing bartenders nice pool tables all the sports toy could want and some video games! You cant go wrong, the owner and his son add a nice vibe by being around and asking how your stay had been!

Disgraceful experience! I came to eat one night with twelve family members. Our server was horrible, her name was Britney and she came off as extremely rude to another server and fake to us. She messed up many orders and wouldnt apologise for her mistakes. Then we spoke to the general manager Lisa, and she was very volatile as well!! She got snippy with my grandmother!!!!! Horrible team, they will not go far.

Tonight at Bar Fusion was an awesome night! The service was impeccable! Especially Natasha and Mindy. I was impressed with the ice cold beer that actually had ice chips floating in the glass. You had me at the ice cold beer ! The menu looks enticing and I cant wait to try every item. I am looking forward to great and happy times with family and friends at Bar Fusion. Good luck Bar Fusion!

I decided to check this new neighborhood bar alone .As soon as i walked in the door I was welcomed with a friendly greeting .I was seared and given Jerry as my server .he was very nice took time to exsplain things and was extremley attentive . He showed me that southern hospitality and great server definetly exsist .I plan on spreading the news and to frequent BAR FUSION ON RT1 quite often .

Very friendly staff. Strong drinks. Much better than average bar food with a better menu than most bars. Bartenders are super friendly and attentive, and genuinely grateful when you tip them accordingly. Pool tables in the back are in great shape. Only complaint is that the kitchen closes 1-1.5 hours before the rest of the bar area, but I hear they are working on a late night bar menu.

THE SERVICE WAS GOOD.THE FOOD WAS OK, BUT THE PORTIONS WERE SMALL, EVEN WITH AN ORDER OF WINGS, WITCH IT WAS SERVED IN A OLD PIZZA DOUGH HOLDER.WE WERE STILL HUNGRY.MY SOUP WAS BARELY WARM , SMALL (FOR $4.99 )DEFINATELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE NO CRAKERS. GOING BACK TO DUFFYS AND ST LUCIE DRAFT HOUSE, WHERE THE FOOD IS GOOD (AND ENOUGH) AND I WILL NOT PAY 80 SOME DOLLARS TO GO HOME HUNGRY

Finally decided to give this place a try. Absolutely hands down the best burger I have ever had. The fusion burger was amazing. Tried the pasta salad and fried plaintains for sides....both were exceptional. Brittany was our server. If all their employees have the same energy, enthusiasm, and product knowledge that she has, I expect this place to be around for a long time.

Disclaimer =Didnt eat here.. not my fault though. Walked in on a Sunday no waitress or hostess and bar tender was busy taking to bar flys.. she noticed us sitting down but didnt walk over. I got up and asked if they were serving food? With an annoyed look on her face she said yea... at that point we left. No one was in there and its very clear to see why

The service I recieved at this restaurant is bar none the best Ive had, Natasha was on point even with our large and demanding table of 10. A very clean restaurant with phenomenal food. The menu is unlike anything else in the area, its refreshing to finally have a change from the same old, same old. I will definitely be back to explore more of the menu.
