Generic overpriced restaurant. Food for lunch or dinner is not worth the price; its generic and comes in small portion. Fancy names =/= quality. Definitely a decent place to study or meet up with friends for a hot coco, but there are other places with additional benefits for that setting. Also, not really a "fast" food restaurant, should be considered "slow/moderate speed" restaurant. I didnt have a dramatic bad experience nor am I basing my review on just one visit; Ive been to Panera multiple times, and just a little bummed.

Clean with good food. Staff is usually nice although they are up and down in mood. Lots of options that can be healthy (sort of). Overall its just too expensive for what youre getting. Take off 5 bucks and youve got 5 stars.

Not my favorite location in Erie. For an expensive cup of coffee, it was sure watered down last time I went. Not sure what happened but I wont be returning to this location to try it again.

Pleased with employees, environment, food. ALL very good. Just cost is a valid reason for people cant afford to take families in. But definitely a great experience

The whole place was clean and the food was done to order. I have to say the staff was the best nothing sat around dirty and the tables were wiped down ASAP.
