Starting a business is easy if you have access to the funds. The real challenge is maintaining the business properly for several years and there is no question why after 18 years, Kan Zaman Cafe is bigger and better than ever. I have personally watched them grow from a small coffee shop to the amazing establishment they are today. The service is second to none and the food is amazing! Bread is made fresh in both pita style and saj on site so that homemade feeling cannot be beat. Whether you are looking for a quick bite, a calming and delicious cup of coffee, or a late night party to remember forever, I highly recommend Kan Zaman!

Hands down the best hookah bar in the area if not all South Florida. The customer service is top notch. Every person has from Sam and Z, the wonderful and beautiful ladies who serve us, and even the cook, have taken the time greet my friends and myself. They have taken their time to learn our names. We smoke often 3/5 days a week and it always a great relaxing experience. The hookah is by far the best I have had, the price is superb, and the food is delicious and authentic. I cant recommend this place enough to anyone looking for a great experience and a great service. They make every experience special.

I love this place! Every one treats me like fam. Everyone knows me by name and I saw some a bad reviews and I never had a problem with being over charged. Coming here for a while and I know a lot of the people that come here and Ill be sure to tell you that some people are very cheap and dont like to tip their Servers!! Not cool. - Hookahs are 10.99 -points added for every purchases -great atmosphere -great people -great food -closes late 2am weekdays, 3am weekend. -tips arent mandatory, but delightfully expected. :)

I want to say that I love kan zaman and I really like it now with its new management changes. To be a manager of another culture has enough knowledge and is always hanging over every detail, from taking an order, bringing it to the table, changing coal. His main characteristic is his smile which makes the customer feel comfortable .. I congratulate them, because all change is to improve and you needed it, thanks Eddy why you make kan zaman the best hookah cafe

Decided to try this place last night and well definitely be going back. We had great service from beginning to end. Really nice servers who gave us advice, answered our questions, and would just chat with us. We sat outside and were able to play our music. They checked on us often enough to make sure we werent forgotten. The food smelled delicious but we didnt order any. My only gripe was that I couldnt get a glass of ice water!

I had a wonderful first time experience at Kan Zaman. I was greeted as I entered and seated immediately. The food was delicious and the prices was great for a hookah lounge. I loved the seating arrangement and just felt comfortable. My Friends and I consider this lounge/cafe our hangout spot and will definitely be visiting more often! Thanks Alex and the rest of the Kan Zaman crew for such a great experience. !

Best hookah restaurant around here. Doesnt matter if you live here or are visiting, this is the place to hangout at. They have good food and great fruit cocktails (ask for their famous one). But their best is the hookah obviously,plus their service is outstanding. I live in Seattle but everytime I come to Florida, I specially drive down here just for their hookah. Highly recommended!

Not happy with this place. Went there one evening and we were told to leave because they were having a private party. Ended up working out because we went to mawwal hookah instead and had a fabulous time. Mawwal hookah, a few blocks away, offers 5.99 hookah special and great customer service. The 1 hookah at mawwal lasted over 3 hours and was still going strong when we left.

Best hookah place hands down , the food was amazing and the great prices are great the service from beginning to was awesome , the place was super cleaning and the atmosphere make you feel super relax and chill . Definitely going back there more often. The brownie and ice cream they have there is the best hands down . Big compliments to the owners, the chef and the waiters .

I really hate the service and rudeness, what happened is the man just took the hookah of my friend and walk away why ? because my friend he didnt order it, the other guy ordered it and the man said no you cant take it he didnt even ask nicely or smiley was soooooo rude and bad. Everytime i come there is something wrong happen that f the set mode, really ridiculous.

I am visiting from New York and decided to have a hookah night with friends and family. I looked up this place and am so glad to find this professional establishment in Fort Lauderdale. Prices are reasonable great menu with fresh food and off course one of the best hookahs I had so far. Thank you guys for the nice experience I was left with

Hey everyone, I have Been in a lot of place, but this is the best place I have been into, the prices are really good, and the service is really good. The food and drink menu will blow you away! I recommend the garlic chicken wrap with lemon pepper fries! Everything is fresh. I would give it 10 stars if possible.

This is by far the best place for hookah and food. Everytime we come we feel like family. The staff is awesome. The owner Alex is very friendly as are Sam, Zuhair, Moe, Rosa, and Slaman. The hookah is very authentic and the food is amazing, we have never been disappointed. I highly recommend coming here.

Talking about hookah bars, this is a jewel among all the places. Wonderful fresh juices, very tasty food and the hookah made the right way - just like it is done in the Middle East or Turkey. If you want an authentic experience- this is a must place to go! The atmosphere and the service are 5 stars

Great place but Simply poor service. We requested a new coal with three servers and waited and waited for more than 30 min and never got the coal changed but they included 18% gatuity. Disappointing!! Not recommended on weekend.
