Well lets just say you need to be prepared! If you can stomach rude, bitter, aggressive, staff that argues amongst themselves, at the same time treating you as if you and your party are a major inconvenience, then you are ready to eat at Di Napoli! If you cant handle eating in then also be ready for the wonderful experience of take out. the girl who takes your order acts as if you are bothering her and wasting her time, most of the time she just picks the phone up and hangs up on you, but if you are lucky enough to place your order be ready for when you go to pick it up. You will pretty much not even be greeted but if you are lucky enough to be acknowledged just pray that everything is ready and right, if that girl could have a name it would be madusa! Just pay and pray!! Unfortunately or fortunately the food is the most consistent and tasty bang for the buck in our area so we endure, I have to say they do have some tasty dishes. Oh let me further add.....If you have children you might as well have the black plague, half the time they wont seat you if you have more than a " few " kids, forget babies, Nope not happening! they have a sign in the window " due to fire ordinance law NO strollers allowed " I guess you need to stick them in your purse??? PLEASE where is this law! So the moral of the story? Put on your armor :)

Horrible management and terrible customer service. Came to this restaurant because I saw a certain item on the menu online, when I arrived the item was unavailable. I asked for something else, but after ordering it (within 5 mins) my husband and I decided we wanted to go. When we asked to cancel and to give us the bill for the two waters and garlic rolls, the management and other staff surrounded us (in a taunting manner) and said we HAD to pay for the food that never came to the table and that we NEVER ate. Unacceptable to argue with us, they had NO sympathy that I was pregnant and were complete assholes. The story they gave us was ridiculous, and quite funny. Never coming here again... And the manager who said his service was "exquisite" to the table behind us, youre full of it. Customer service is to SERVE your customer and make them comfortable.

We decided to go to DiNapoli after a soccer game last week and asked if they could accomodate a party of 16. The very rude elderly woman, who I am assuming is the owner, asked how many kids we had because she said kids are loud and they didnt want us there if we had too many. After we gave them our numbers they said they could seat us in 10 minutes. We went outside where we waited, only to be told after 10 minutes that they had decided not to serve us. I do not understand how, in this economy, you turn down a party of this size, you are a pizza place for Gods sake, not a five star restaurant. We will NEVER go there again and would strongly urge anyone with kids not to either.

The experience at this restaurant was terrible. Even though the pizza is not bad. I asked for a large half cheese and veggie pizza and they charged for each of the veggies that they used in three slices of pizza. I ended paying $30 dollars for an average pizza nothing special. I asked the server how much was a complete veggie pizza and she told me that the full veggie was $29. I paid $30 for 3 slices of veggie pizza they even charged for the onion, the pepper etc. Terrible experience. It is not nice to feel overcharged. For sure will never go back with my family. The servers explanation was ridiculous. She justified the over price arguing that was a special order!!!!

Llegamos por azar, quedamos sorprendidos, es la mejor pasta que hemos comida italiana italiana, pedimos pasta con meatballs, super y el grouper with fresh tomatoes and arugula in a white wine sauce increible. Se lo recomendamos.

The food may be alright but the service was just awful. Our server, Juliet, gave us attitude with every order and apparently they cannot accept more than two bills per party. After she organized the bill how she wanted we figure out after the fact that the tip was included. This was confusing considering there were suggestions at the bottom. The good food doesnt make up for the lack of service quality

I had been regularly ordering Pizza from DiNapoli, however, the past two visits within the last month have been disappointing. The pizza has been over 30 minutes late for pick up and eating in. The last time I asked them to hold the olives and they forgot. I caught the pizza guy and waitress pulling them off after the pizza was cooked and then rebaking the pie...

Hate to hear the staff is rude, every time I go in I get greeted left and right. Granted I have only done take out but can only review on the service I receive. The pizza is BOMB. Next to Frankies this is my favorite! The crust is not to thick making it a non-heavy meal. Ill update when I actually eat in but for now, 5 stars!

I used to love this restaurant but somehow we stopped going and just went last night after several years away. The food was inedible, the service was horrid, they overcharged us on the bill - insisting that we had ordered and received a side dish - that we did order but it never came out. We will not be going there again.

Although the food was wonderful, the service was terrible. The food was not worth the hassle. Going with a group was very complicated since they refuse to split the checks. The waitress was extremely rude. They include an 18% tip without warning. They overcharge for things without warning. The experience was awful.

Wonderful pizza and great red sauce!!!! As a long time customer of Di Napoli I can say easily that Di Napoli is a true gem in Pinecrest. The Family is wonderful and hardworking working and the food is excellent. I especially like Anna for her proactive service and outlook on life!!!! Sarah K

Weve ordered their lasagnas and pizzas several times now and its been consistently good. Might I add that my kids are VERY Picky eaters and they light up and cheer when they hear we are "ordering in" from DiNapoli! Another tip: Food Delivery begins after 5 pm.

Very cozy environment. I have been there twice, and the costumer service have always been great. I had tried the lazana and pizza, and both are amazing. Portions are big enough (took some home). Not complains. Definitely, will come back.

Pretty good Italian food and a pretty deep lunch menu will keep you coming back. The service is quick and friendly and you can get everything from a wood-fire pizza to fettuccini Alfredo to chicken parm.
