Roasting Buddies is a wonderful new addition to our neighborhood! I had the fortuitous opportunity to be so warmly welcomed as their first customer. Its with extreme pleasure to share that Roasting Buddies offers and provides a consistently inviting ( y ejemplar delicioso) experience that family, friends, and neighbors all concur with. Upon entering Roasting Buddies. senses alert and assure that youre not in an ubiquitous, stale link of a coffee shop chain. From the olfactory surprise of the redolent aroma of freshly, YES! FRESHLY ROASTED beans, the beckoning scents and sights that pique and will satisfy your hunger for sweet/ savory; thoughtfully presented edibles , you know youve found your favorite home away from home. That the professional, exceptionally trained staff and stellar manager ensure your stay is everything that youd wish ( including no need to lift a finger, except to your mouth: the beautiful décor is spanking clean!) youll want to stay a bit longer... at least to be awed by their in-house amazing roaster (estupendas para los ninos)! my apologies for my attempts at Spanish :) Roasting Buddies IS west Pembroke Pines very own constellation of stars! How very lucky we are! Come visit!

This is a very nice place to come alone or with friends. I started coming here about 2-3 months ago, and let me tell you, i havent stopped. I have to come at least 3 times a week at the very minimum. This place have become my motivation to go to the gym. How you might ask? Well, no gym, no latte. Simple as that. I dont think I could have started the gym again without some sort of "reward" and this works out perfect I as have become addicted to their coffees. I also enjoy their pastries. Ill warm you though, if you are used to the old/aged and sweet coffee drinks from starbucks, once you come here you might never go back. This is fresh coffee processed in house. Not the preprocess crap they sell you everywhere else. Their staff is friendly and very talkative. The shop is usually clean, unless you have customers leaving their trays at the table. Also download the "Perka" app to get a free drink after you buy 10.

I came to Roasting Buddies for the first time today and LOVED it! The vibe and decorations are very relaxing. The natural light that pours in from the big windows and great playlist made it a relaxing treat to sit with my yummy and affordable chicken quinoa bowl and chocolate drink, and read and write for a few hours. Plus the staff was incredibly friendly. Knocking off a star because they had a worker doing some intense drilling work... Sunday afternoon is prime coffee shop hour! Maybe have that distracting and earsplitting construction work done at a different time? But other than that i loved it. Will totally be coming back here and bringing friends!

The name fits! Before I even ordered the girl behind the counter and I started chatting like old friends about her nails. She was super helpful in choosing something for the first time. She nailed what I was looking for. Then her coworker was very knowledgeable about helping selecting beans for them to grind the next time I visit. While there people came in and out knowing the baristas by name. You could tell people who live close by visit often. Ill definitely be back. Roasting Buddies is a cute coffee shop (not sure if its a chain) that sells coffee from a variety of countries and also sells lunch/brunch food, and desserts too!

This is a great place for coffee! They have a roasting machine and they roast the coffee on premises. They even use leftover grinds to make natural skin rub. They have a delicious item called a brio. Its a dough filled cupcake like bread with fillings such as spinach and egg whites or cheese and bacon. They also have scrambled eggs with a really good tomato sauce. I love the iced latte but they have coffees from all over the world which I havent tried yet. Ill wait until it gets a little cooler here. I love that our boring little neighborhood got such a hip coffee place. It reminds me of coffee shops in Manhattan.

I just love this place. They brew the best coffee I found in the country. If you like real coffee, this is the place. They have a variety of brewing techniques you can choose from, as well as a great selection of coffee beans from different countries. The service is great, friendly staff, relaxing ambience and the food is very good. I lost count of how many capuccinos, croissant sandwiches with ham and cheese and caprese sandwiches on a wheat baguete I had here. Highly recommended.

The owner Mariano is clearly passionate about coffee, and it shows. If you are someone who values taste, run dont walk to Roasting Buddies. If you would rather your cup have a recognized trendy logo and dont care that its filled with burnt-tasting factory coffee, then by all means keep going to the "star" place. Me? Id rather have a fresh roasted cup that tastes amazing made by people who not only know what they are doing but love doing it. Ill go to Roasting Buddies.

Coffee is really good, we tried Bombom, RB Moccachino and a Iced Mango Tea. The bombom was really good, he moccachino was not too sweet because of the dark chocolate. The atmosphere is really nice with great music, good to chill, have a coffee, pastry, snack or breakfast and spend time with friends or family. Price are similar to starbuck but the coffees are delivered with a nice presentation on mugs or glass cups.

My favorite coffee shop around. Love going there for a late breakfast with the family. Their coffee is locally roast and fresh, way better than other big brands around. And the food options, hands down the best. Forget corporate chosen food. This is the real thing. And the service. I like the way all employees smile. They are really nice.

This place is awesome! Great ambiance, staff is friendly and very patient. I had a hard time deciding what I wanted, staff was super helpful. Finally a place with excellent coffee and I dont have to drive all the way to Miami! Thank you for a great experience, this will be my new favorite coffee/breakfast place!

One of those places that when you enter is not what you are expecting to find. Had a quick lunch of a wheat baguette with salmon, they suggested pesto and it was a great combination. Also the cappuccino was excellent and my wife had a Nutella croissant which was perfect. Good little place and totally unexpected

I love the ambience, quite peaceful... The service is excellent, they want to please you with their coffees, no rush...the coffees are superb, different kinds and different ways to enjoy a nice cup of coffee with their pastries...the prices are right... We need more places like Roasting Buddies

I finally found a true roaster near my home, coffee roaster everyday, good variety to choose from, nicely decorated, comfortable. Great coffee serve by proper barista. Some food offered with good quality. Prices a bit high but I wont complain as my alternatives are a long drive away.

Awesome! Not too expensive, fresh roasted coffee, great ambient. Best coffee shop Ive ever been to. They serve coffee brewed with different methods (Syphon, French Press, Aeropress, Express), nutritious shakes, fresh baked "Brios", etc. Dont forget to ask for " the coffee tour".
